    Assignee: Toshiba Silicone Co., Ltd.
    Inventors: Masayuki Hatanaka, Atsushi Kurita
  • Patent number: 4303572
Abstract: A curable silicone composition comprising 100 parts by weight of polyorganosiloxane containing at least 2 vinyl radicals bonded to silicon atom(s) in the molecule 0.1-10 parts by weight of polyorganohydrogensiloxane containing more than 2 hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atom(s), on the average, in the molecule, 5-500 parts by weight of fine powder of a transition metal, and a catalytic amount of a platinum catalyst containing no halogen atoms in the molecule.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 15, 1980
Date of Patent: December 1, 1981
    Assignee: Toshiba Silicone Co., Ltd.
    Inventors: Masayuki Hatanaka, Atsushi Kurita
  • Patent number: 4260536
Abstract: A heat vulcanizable silicone rubber composition which is capable of being extruded by an extruder and vulcanized by hot air comprising a gum, silica filler and organohydrogenpolysiloxane and as the curing catalyst a combination of an aromatic acylorganicperoxide and an alkylorganicperoxide. The advantage of the above composition is that it can be vulcanized by hot air and the cured product is not sticky.

Date of Patent: April 7, 1981
    Assignee: General Electric Company
    Inventors: Masaharu Yonezawa, Masayuki Hatanaka
  • Patent number: 4256616
Abstract: Platinum catalyzed SiH-Olefin silicone compositions are disclosed, wherein the catalyst is a zero-valent platinum-phosphorus complex, which may be combined with stannous salts.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 22, 1978
Date of Patent: March 17, 1981
    Inventors: Masayuki Hatanaka, Shigeru Nagashima
  • Patent number: 4244856
Abstract: A SiH-olefin platinum catalyzed composition with excellent resiliency, compression set and which can be hot air vulcanized having therein a vinyl-containing polysiloxane polymer, a hydrogen-containing polyorganio siloxane, a zero valent platinum phosphorus complex and as the novel ingredient a fine calcined silica powder with a refractive index greater than 1.446 and an ignition loss not exceeding 3% which is obtained by firing a precipitated silica.

  • Patent number: 4157426
Abstract: Silicone rubber compositions comprising (A) a diorganopolysiloxane in which the organo substituents are 0.01 to 2 mole % vinyl groups, 0 to 10 mole % phenyl groups and the remainder is alkyl groups, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (C) a (O) valent platinum-(III) phosphor complex and, optionally, (D) a filler. These compositions can be cured with steam. Foamable compositions comprising (A), (B), (C) and hydrophobicized wet-process silica.
