  • Publication number: 20220241901
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a processed resin substrate includes: preparing a resin substrate including a resin layer and a metal layer that covers at least a part of one surface of the resin layer; and forming a through hole in the resin substrate by irradiating the resin substrate with pulsed laser light. In the forming of the through hole, an interval of irradiation of the pulsed laser light at each point on the resin substrate is 5 msec or more.

  • Patent number: 6123642
Abstract: The present invention relates to a speed change control apparatus for controlling the speed change of an engine without using a clutch. In this apparatus, a mechanical transmission comprising a plurality of gears and having a neutral position provided between a main motor for running and a driving wheel. Speed change of the engine is performed as follows. First, the rotation speeds of the driving wheel (namely, the drive shaft) and the main motor are detected. Then, the main motor is operated without load. When the motor starts an no-load operation, the gears of a transmission are disengaged. Thus, the transmission is shifted to the neutral position. Subsequently, the rotation speed of the main motor is controlled so that the gears are engaged when both the rotation speeds of the wheel and the motor are nearly synchronized with each other.

  • Patent number: 6081491
Abstract: In an optical disk reproducing device capable of rotating an optical disk at a selected one of a plurality of preset linear velocities, vibration or shock of the device is detected during rotation of the disk, and the linear velocity of the disk is determined based on the result of the detection of the vibration or shock to restrain the vibration and shock within a permissible range. A limit rotational velocity above which the vibration or shock is excessive may be determined during a test conducted each time a disk is inserted, and the linear velocity of the disk during reproduction may be determined such that the rotational velocity does not exceed the limit rotational velocity.

  • Patent number: 5127516
Abstract: A conveyor has a pair of conveyor rails and a conveyor belt supported on and guided by the conveyor rails. At least one of the conveyor rails includes an upper surface and opposite side surfaces. The at least one conveyor rail further includes a guide portion for guiding an outer side edge and the lower surface of at least a work conveying portion of the conveyor belt on which workpieces are supported to be conveyed. The upper surface and at least one of the side surfaces of at least one conveyor rail are provided with respective longitudinal T-grooves formed therein, extending along the length of the conveyor rail and having a cross section resembling the letter T.
