Publication number: 20200163173Abstract: A microwave treatment apparatus includes a treatment chamber, a microwave supply, and a resonator unit. The treatment chamber is surrounded by a plurality of walls, and accommodates a heating target. The microwave supply supplies a microwave to the treatment chamber. The resonator unit is provided on one wall of the plurality of walls, and the resonator unit has a resonance frequency in a frequency band of the microwave. In this embodiment, the impedance of the surface of the resonator unit can be changed by controlling the frequency of the microwave supplied to the treatment chamber. This makes it possible to control the standing wave distribution within the treatment chamber, that is, the microwave energy distribution within the treatment chamber. As a result, in the cases where a plurality of heating targets need to be heated simultaneously, desired dielectric heating is conducted for each of the heating targets.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 28, 2018Publication date: May 21, 2020Inventors: KOJI YOSHINO, MASAYUKI KUBO, OSAMU HASHIMOTO, RYOSUKE SUGA

Publication number: 20190090318Abstract: The present invention has a configuration of controlling motor (15) so as to stop radiation antenna (5) when radiation antenna (5) faces in a direction in which a reflected wave detection amount is minimized and to stop radiation antenna (5) when radiation antenna (5) faces in a different direction different from the direction in which the reflected wave detection amount is minimized. According to this configuration, first, radiation antenna (5) stops when facing in the direction in which the reflected wave detection amount is minimized. This extends a heating time under the most efficient condition, improving a heating efficiency in comparison with when radiation antenna (5) constantly rotates. Second, radiation antenna (5) stops when facing in the different directions. This causes uneven heating when radiation antenna (5) faces in the direction in which the reflected wave detection amount is minimized as well as when radiation antenna (5) faces in the different directions.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2017Publication date: March 21, 2019Applicant: Panasonic Intellectual Property Management Co., Ltd.Inventors: KOJI YOSHINO, MASAFUMI SADAHIRA, MASAYUKI KUBO

Publication number: 20190090317Abstract: The present invention includes a directional coupler that detects at least part of a reflected wave inside a waveguide. When an object to be heated is absent, a reflected wave is strong, because there is nothing to absorb a microwave. When the object is present, the reflected wave is weak, because the microwave is absorbed by the object. As a quantity of the object becomes greater, a larger amount of microwave is absorbed by the object, and thus the reflected wave is weakened. It is thus possible to determine the quantity of the object from a reflected wave detection amount detected by the directional coupler without using a detector that detects a load.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2017Publication date: March 21, 2019Inventors: MASAFUMI SADAHIRA, KOJI YOSHINO, MASAYUKI KUBO

Publication number: 20190037653Abstract: There are provided heating chamber, and reflection angle control device provided on upper wall configuring at least part of walls of heating chamber and configured to control a reflection angle of a microwave to control standing wave distribution in heating chamber. Reflection angle control device controls the reflection angle of the microwave when the microwave radiated from microwave radiation device is not directly absorbed into heating target but is reflected by the wall. Standing wave distribution in heating chamber can thus be controlled to be different from ordinary distribution for improvement in local heating performance.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 10, 2017Publication date: January 31, 2019Inventors: KOJI YOSHINO, YOSHIHARU OOMORI, MASAFUMI SADAHIRA, MASAYUKI KUBO, OSAMU HASHIMOTO, RYOSUKE SUGA

Patent number: 10052253Abstract: A support unit is connected to a shaft of a main wheel and thus is always maintained in parallel to or at a predetermined angle to a road surface, independently of an inclination angle of a main body. Accordingly, an incline estimating unit regards an inclination angle ?3 being a value in an inclination sensor as being equal to an inclination angle ?2 of the road surface (or in a case where the support unit is inclined a predetermined angle to the road surface, an angle from ?3 to the predetermined angle is subtracted from or added to the crossing angle) and outputs the estimated inclination angle ?2 of the road surface to a target inclination angle determining unit.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 2016Date of Patent: August 21, 2018Assignee: MURATA MANUFACTURING CO., LTD.Inventors: Kenichi Shirato, Shigeru Tsuji, Masayuki Kubo, Yoshitaka Hane

Patent number: 9956977Abstract: A pushcart according to the present disclosure provides a warning on the basis of a first weight at a position outside a region between a shaft of front wheels and a shaft of rear wheels when viewed from the vertical direction and a predetermined weight. For example, the predetermined weight is the weight on a mounting portion located between the shaft of the front wheels and the shaft of the rear wheels when viewed from the vertical direction. Publication number: 20170171922Abstract: A rotating antenna (105a) includes: a ceiling surface (109) and a side-wall surface (110) that constitute a waveguide structure (108); and a horn (113) that radiates a microwave into a heating chamber. The rotating antenna (105a) further includes a flange (112) that is formed on a periphery of the side-wall surface (110) so as to face a bottom surface (111), which is an inner wall surface of the heating chamber, and so as to surround the side-wall surface (110). The flange (112) has choke sections (117) that reduce a leakage of the microwave. This configuration can generate a relatively low impedance region so as to surround the side-wall surface (110), thereby enhancing a leakage reducing performance of the rotating antenna (105a) and increasing directivity of the microwave radiated from the rotating antenna (105a).Type: ApplicationFiled: July 9, 2015Publication date: June 15, 2017Inventors: MASAFUMI SADAHIRA, KOJI YOSHINO, MASAYUKI KUBO, YOSHIHARU OMORI

Patent number: 9522611Abstract: A tire angular velocity controller (211) is input with a difference between a target value of a rotational angular velocity of 0 for main wheels (11) and a rotational angular velocity of the main wheels (11), which is a differential value of a signal output from a main wheels rotary encoder (26). The tire angular velocity controller (211) calculates an inclination angle for the main body (10) that will cause the difference to become zero. In a second control mode, the calculated inclination angle is used as a target inclination angle and the difference between this target inclination angle and the inclination angle of the main body (10) at the present time input from an inclination angle sensor (20) is input to a main body inclination angle controller (212).Type: GrantFiled: March 11, 2015Date of Patent: December 20, 2016Assignee: MURATA MANUFACTURING CO., LTD.Inventors: Shigeru Tsuji, Kenichi Shirato, Masayuki Kubo
