  • Patent number: 7241359
Abstract: An insulating sheet is manufactured by attaching a buffer layer and a resin film using an adhesive layer that is not adhesive at a normal ambient temperature. Since there is no need to use a release liner when manufacturing the insulating sheet, there is no release of a silicone component. Accordingly, when installing a hard disk printed wiring board, the printed wiring board and electronic circuits inside the hard disk will not be damaged by the released silicone.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 3, 2006
Date of Patent: July 10, 2007
Assignees: Sony Corporation, Sony Chemical & Information Device Corporation

  • Patent number: 6753476
Abstract: Flame-retardant adhesives for circuit materials which are harmless to the environment, show excellent thermo-humidity resistant electrical characteristics and have high flame retardancy. These flame-retardant adhesives contain a saturated polyester resin and a flame retarder containing a component having P—C bond in its molecule and a component having nitrogen in its molecule, and the content of the flame retardant amounts to 90 parts by weight or more per 100 parts by weight of the saturated polyester resin.

  • Publication number: 20040071989
Abstract: An insulating sheet 13 is manufactured by attaching a buffer layer 21 and a resin film 23 using an adhesive layer 8 that is not adhesive at a normal ambient temperature. Since there is no need to use a release liner when manufacturing the insulating sheet 13, there is no release of a silicone component. Accordingly, when installing a hard disk printed wiring board, the printed wiring board and electronic circuits inside the hard disk will not be damaged by the released silicone.

  • Patent number: 6333095
Abstract: A flame-retardant adhesive film comprises an insulating substrate film, a flame-retardant interlayer provided on the insulating substrate film, and a flame-retardant adhesive layer provided on the flame-retardant interlayer. The flame-retardant interlayer has higher flame retardance than the flame-retardant adhesive layer. The flame-retardant adhesive layer contains a nitrogen-containing organic flame retardant, and the flame-retardant interlayer contains a non-halogen-based flame retardant with better flame retardance than the nitrogen-containing organic flame retardant.

  • Patent number: 6316104
Abstract: Adhesives and adhesive films based on polymer resins and containing a cationic scavenger are provided for circuit materials and flat cables with metallic wiring. The cationic scavenger reduces free cations in the adhesive and prevents the loss over time of insulation and adhesive strength provided to the circuit materials.

  • Patent number: 5828309
Abstract: A power source miswiring detection apparatus for detecting a miswiring of wires of a power source, including a pulse generator for generating a first pulse having a pulse width corresponding to a first phase difference between a first pair of two phases of a three-phase alternating power source, and a second pulse having a pulse width corresponding to a second phase difference between a second pair of two phases of the three-phase alternating power source which is different from the first pair of two phases, and a microcomputer for detecting a third phase difference between the first pulse and the second pulse to judge whether the third phase difference is in a predetermined range, and detecting the miswiring if the third phase difference is judged to be out of the predetermined range.

  • Patent number: 5383336
Abstract: A distributively arranged air conditioner group apparatus includes plural groups of air conditioners distributively arranged at remote locations wherein each group consists of a plurality of units on the heat source side and a plurality of units on the utilization side located remote from each other and a single signal line is used for a plurality of communication signal lines each usable for the purpose of controlling. To prevent a controlling operation from being erroneously performed at the time of an occurrence of signal interference, specific communication addresses are set to the respective units for the purpose of controlling communication among these units. The communication addresses are set for each group immediately after the apparatus is installed or at the time of starting of an operation of the apparatus by utilizing a plurality of heat source pipings extending between the units on the heat source side and the units on the utilization side for each group.
