  • Patent number: 11925930
Abstract: In an apparatus, a gas containing CH4 and CO2 is supplied from a first supply unit to a synthetic gas production unit which generates a synthetic gas containing CO and H2 while heating a first catalytic structure; the synthetic gas is supplied to a gas production unit which generates a lower olefin-containing gas including propylene while heating a second catalytic structure; and a detection unit detects propylene discharged from the gas production unit. The first catalytic structure includes first supports having a porous structure and a first metal fine particle that is present in first channels of the first supports. The second catalyst structure includes second supports having a porous structure and a second metal fine particle in the second supports. The second supports have a second channels, a portion of which have an average inner diameter of 0.95 nm or less.

  • Patent number: 10584799
Abstract: In a pressure reduction valve device, a valve body and a distal end portion of a support member are accommodated in a valve accommodation hole of a body. The distal end portion is inserted through an urging member accommodation hole. An inner introduction passage is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion and an inner peripheral surface of the urging member accommodation hole. An outer introduction passage is formed between an outer surface of the valve body and an inner surface of the valve accommodation hole. The support member is provided with communication holes that establish communication between a gas inlet provided through the body and the valve accommodation hole in an axial direction. The inner introduction passage and the outer introduction passage are opposed, in an axial direction thereof, to the communication passage.

  • Publication number: 20140087144
Abstract: A curved resin molded product. The resin molded product is provided to include: a pair of resin films defining first and second main surfaces, the first and second main surfaces being different in curvature from each other; and a resin base member disposed between the resin films. In the resin molded product, one of the resin films, which is on the side of a relatively larger curvature of the first and second main surfaces, has a thermal shrinkage larger than that of the other of the resin films which is on the side of a relatively smaller curvature.

  • Patent number: 8006706
Abstract: A vanity case is provided in which a first hinge piece and a second hinge piece are formed in one of the case body and the lid, and a hinge block is formed in the other one of the case body and the lid and arranged between the first and the second hinge pieces. A friction member is provided to brake the rotational speed of the lid caused by a torsion spring. A protrusion is provided for braking the rotational speed of the lid by sliding contact. A recessed circumferential portion is formed in the vanity case so as to release the sliding contact of the braking protrusion at least at the closed position of the lid.

  • Patent number: 6601807
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting structure of a thermal shield for an oil pump which makes it possible to securely mount the thermal shield at one point with high reliability and at a low cost. To achieve this object, a thermal shield for preventing radiant heat from an exhaust pipe from being transmitted to an oil pump is securely clamped to a support plate portion of a bracket which is disposed contiguous to the thermal shield. The thermal shield and the bracket are provided with an engaging protrusion portion and a positioning hole respectively. The thermal shield and the bracket are positioned through engagement of the engaging protrusion portion with the positioning hole.

  • Patent number: 5922042
Abstract: An on-board automobile navigation system provides route guidance instructions to a user. The system detects a power-down of the vehicle and, in response, determines whether to resume route guidance in response to the next start-up of the vehicle. This determination is made prior to powering down the system. The determination is based on the current position of the vehicle and the computed route. If a determination was made to resume guidance after start-up, the selected destination and the computed route are saved in memory before powering down the system. If a determination was made to resume guidance, then in response to the next start-up of the vehicle, the selected destination and the computed route of the vehicle are recalled from memory, and route guidance is resumed from the current position of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5832408
Abstract: A method and apparatus for selecting a destination in a vehicle navigation system are described. The vehicle navigation system includes a display and a selection control. A first destination is selected from a primary list of destinations in response to a selection signal generated by the selection control. The first destination is placed on a secondary list of destinations in response to its selection. The secondary list includes previously selected destinations from the primary list. For subsequent destination selections, the primary and secondary lists are presented on the display thereby facilitating selection of destinations from both the primary and secondary lists. A feature by which the system may search for a destination across categories is also described.
