  • Patent number: 11909348
Abstract: A stepping motor control device is provided, which controls a stepping motor including a rotor position detector by micro-step driving. The control device has a plurality of operation modes including an adjustment mode and a use mode. In the adjustment mode, the control device generates control data for a closed loop control for controlling the winding current of the stepping motor based on the detection value of the rotor position detector, and performs a stepping motor acceleration operation and a stepping motor deceleration operation according to the control data. In the use mode, the control device performs the stepping motor acceleration operation and the stepping motor deceleration operation so that a winding current observed in the adjustment mode is reproduced by an open loop control for controlling the winding current of the stepping motor based on the control data generated in the adjustment mode.

  • Patent number: 8496129
Abstract: Provided are a cap capable of being easily and reliably opened and unsealed not limited in design even if an inner cap with a small diameter is used for the cap, producing no refuse after the unsealing, and not unnecessarily large in size, and a container with the cap. When an over cap (3) is rotated in the opening direction, a pair of screw threads (10a, 10b) as opening means are advanced in the direction in which they are tightened together, and this cuts off a planned opening section (4) from the inner cap (2). Thus, the cap has a relatively simple structure and can be simply and reliably unsealed by small force. Also, the planned opening section (4) is integrated with the over cap (3) after unsealing the inner cap (2), so that no refuse is produced after the unsealing, eliminating the need to clear it away from a table.

Further, it is enough if the screw threads (10a, 10b) can be formed in the region of the opening, so that the structure can be applied to a cap with an inner cap with a small diameter and the design of the cap (1) is not limited.

  • Patent number: 6384563
Abstract: The load torque applied to the shaft of a synchronous motor is estimated based upon a correlation established between load torque and a calculated integral of a drive current value, utilizing the measured current that is applied to drive the motor. The estimated load torque is used as the basis for controlling the driving current amplitude so as to achieve increased efficiency of energy utilization. Control apparatus embodies the technique, and a synchronous motor system includes such apparatus.

  • Patent number: 6150788
Abstract: The voltage at a node between a pair of series-connected windings of a synchronous or stepping motor is monitored during operation so as to detect transition voltage regions, the durations of which are indicative of the torque load on the motor and which are used as the basis for controlling the driving current amplitude so as to achieve enhanced efficiency of energy utilization. An optimum value for the duration of the transition voltage region will usually be established as a target, and adjustments will be so made as to conform subsequently detected node voltage values to those of the target.
