  • Publication number: 20140298839
Abstract: There are provided a divider that divides a cold aisle and a hot aisle in a chamber in which an information technology device is to be enclosed and a rectifier that is formed in a shape of a hollow tube and is provided so as to penetrate the divider. There are also provided a detector that is built into the rectifier and detects airflow passing through the rectifier, and a controller that controls an amount of air supplied to the cold aisle using detection results of the detector.

  • Publication number: 20080062573
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic head in which symmetry of a reproduction waveform output is increased and its spread is decreased without decreasing the reproduction output. The film thickness of the distal end of the hard bias layer providing a bias magnetic field to the free layer is 11 nm or more, or the distance between the distal end section of the hard bias layer and the free layer is 5 nm or more to 14 nm or less. Alternatively, the relationship between the saturation magnetization Ms_f of the free layer and saturation magnetization Ms_b of the hard bias layer satisfies the condition: Ms_f?0.8*Ms_b.

  • Patent number: 6010761
Abstract: An optical disc having an aluminum reflective film is disclosed, wherein an oxide of Al in the stable oxidized state is introduced into the Al reflective film to eliminate changes with lapse of time to improve durability of the optical disc. A method for producing a reflective film on an optical disc is also disclosed, wherein a trace amount of oxygen is introduced into atmosphere in the course of formation of the reflective film.
