Abstract: A reshaped human antibody to the human IL-6R, comprising:(A) an L chain comprising,(1) a human L chain C region, and(2) an L chain V region comprising human L chain framework regions (FRs), and mouse L chain complementary determination regions (CDRs) of a monoclonal antibody to the IL-6 receptor (IL-6R); and(B) an H chain comprising,(1) a human H chain C region, and(2) an H chain V region comprising human H chain FRs, and mouse H chain CDRs of a monoclonal antibody to the IL-6R.Since major portion of the reshaped human antibody is derived from a human antibody and the mouse CDRs which are less immunogenic, the present reshaped human antibody is less immunogenic to human, and therefor is promised for therapeutic uses.

Abstract: A compressed natural gas charging system includes a gas charging passageway whose one end is capable of being connected to a compressed natural gas supply device capable of supplying a compressed natural gas and whose other end opens into a gas vessel, and a one-way valve incorporated in the gas charging passageway to permit the compressed natural gas to flow from the one end of the gas charging passage through the one-way valve toward the other end. In the compressed natural gas charging system, a constriction is provided in the gas charging passageway downstream of the one-way valve and has a constriction degree larger than that of the one-way valve. Thus, it is possible to prevent an excessive temperature drop due to the adiabatic expansion of the compressed natural gas from occurring across the one-way valve and to rapidly charge the compressed natural gas, and it is unnecessary to use an expensive material for a part of or constituting the one-way valve.

Abstract: A document processing method and system are provided in which data is inscribed as handwritten information on a blank form in a document form hitherto used or a blank form for a document produced by a word processor or the like. The blank form with the handwritten information data is facsimile-input and is transmitted to a computer which in turn receives the data directly and recognizes the received data to process the document. Initially, the contents or format of a blank form are read to obtain and store information regarding ruled lines and handwritten character input areas.

Abstract: A data retrieving method and apparatus capable of narrowing the range of retrieved data without changing the retrieving condition equation, capable of retrieving data by designating relative conditions, and capable of providing indices for helping a user to judge the properness of retrieved results. The data retrieving apparatus includes a term defining unit for defining a fuzzy term designated by a user and related terms and assigned to an item to be retrieved, by setting a retrieving condition range for each of the terms and a distribution curve representing an optimum distribution within the retrieving condition range for each term, a satisfaction degree evaluating unit for calculating a satisfaction degree of the retrieved data by using a function allocated to the distribution curve, and a condition analyzing unit for transforming the fuzzy term into numerical values to obtain a value-based retrieving condition equation.

Abstract: Method and system for dispensing a document form including input/output fields into which a character train or a numerical value data train is written on a screen such that the operator can easily correct it on the screen or by a format such that data can be easily input/output into/from the input/output fields thereof for processing. describing a format of the document is read out of a recording medium in which the document format has been written, the read data is displayed on the screen with a format which is the same as or similar to the format written on the recording medium.

Abstract: A data processing system for inputting data to a form display includes a scanner for inputting an image of a form document to the system, a processor for recognizing character and line patterns from the form document image supplied from the scanner to produce physical structure data of the document and logical structure data related to data input/output fields in the form document depending on the physical structure data so as to automatically produce based on the logical structure data a program to input data to the form display, a display screen for presenting thereon a form display defined by the physical structure data or normalized data obtained by correcting the physical structure data to be adaptive to a cursor pitch, a data input key apparatus, and a printer for producing a printout document based on the form display filled with the data.
