  • Publication number: 20250018727
Abstract: A recirculation system for ink or other material, fed to a printing head, in particular of inkjet type, includes at least one recirculation container associated with at least one printing head and translatable along a predefined printing stroke together with the printing head. The at least one recirculation container includes at least one containment chamber for the ink or other material and at least one thermal exchange chamber for the thermal energy from a heating fluid supplied by the heat exchange chamber with the ink or other material, the heat exchange chamber being in thermal contact with the at least one container.

  • Patent number: 11434074
Abstract: A vertical oven for drying and temporarily storing painted panels includes racks for supporting the panels; an uploading/downloading system into/from the vertical oven; and a stacker crane having two multiple forks each including a plurality of single forks, a first multiple fork withdrawing the panels from a first side of the oven and a second multiple fork withdrawing the panels from the opposed side of the oven, the panels being positioned on the racks side by side or alone based on width. A control unit controls panel uploading/downloading and/or the stacker crane through a control software. Each single fork has an independent actuator and is separately controlled by the control unit. The software configures the control unit to determine the number of single forks to be actuated according to the length of the panel to be withdrawn, and the length of the stroke of the forks based on panel width.

  • Patent number: 11299355
Abstract: A method and system for picking up painted panels of different dimensions and finishes includes inserting the painted panels into a selective sorting system having two superimposed mobile conveyor sectors of a predefined length and with a driving motor for the alternate advancement in one of two directions. The two mobile conveyor sectors move vertically synchronously and are arranged alternately and in series with a fixed conveyor sector. After uploading in the selective sorting system, the painted panels are kept inside the selective sorting system for a time sufficient for drying, and are withdrawn through an upload and download system, which includes software memorizing the position of the uploaded panels, actuating the lifting and/or lowering motors of the mobile conveyor sectors, and advancing the mobile conveyor sectors and the fixed conveyor sector so as to move the panels due for a customer order, temporarily storing undesired panels in a buffer.

  • Patent number: 10612848
Abstract: A vertical oven for panels includes trays configured to support mainly flat panels arranged in a multiple of two stacks circulating in opposed directions, such as the first stack moving in an ascending direction and the second stack in a descending direction. The trays are arranged at a distance from each other and the movement of the trays is such that at least one every other tray is withdrawn from the circulation, doubling the distance between the trays.

  • Patent number: 6533102
Abstract: The vessel or vessels (7, 7′, 7″) in contact with the solvent used for cleaning the conveyor (T) are designed and arranged in such a way that they are enclosed, and the portion of conveyor belt which is wetted with solvent is also isolated by suitable means from contact with the external environment containing the ventilation air of the painting chamber. In a preferred solution, where rotating scraping cylinders (1, 5) are used, the solvent vessel (7, 7′, 7″) is placed in such a way that it is enclosed by the two successive cleaning cylinders, by the portion of conveyor belt which runs between these cylinders, and by its lateral walls which are as close as possible to the said cylinders and to the said portion of the conveyor belt. At the end of each painting cycle, clean solvent is made to flow into the solvent vessel and the cleaning cylinders and the conveyor belt of the painting machine are temporarily kept active so that they clean themselves.
