  • Patent number: 12392675
Abstract: A sensor device, at least for measuring a fluid pressure, has a base body and has a fibre optic sensor unit which includes one or more sensor elements(s) which is in the form of a light conducting fibre and which extends along a longitudinal extension of the base body at least substantially helically around the base body. A transmission unit, which is arranged in at least one measuring range around the base body and the one or more sensor elements(s), receives a fluid from an environment and transmits a fluid pressure to the sensor unit for a deformation of the at least one sensor element.

  • Publication number: 20250109999
Abstract: A sensor device, at least for measuring a fluid pressure, has a base body and has a fibre-optic sensor unit which includes at least one sensor element which is in the form of a light-conducting fibre and which extends along a longitudinal extension of the base body at least substantially helically around the base body, wherein a transmission unit, which is arranged in at least one measuring range around the base body and the at least one sensor element, is configured to receive a fluid from an environment and to transmit a fluid pressure to the sensor unit for a deformation of the at least one sensor element.

  • Publication number: 20040208413
Abstract: A sensor for sensing cryogenic temperatures, which includes an optical fiber (2) and a Brillouin spectral analyser (8) for measuring one or more temperature dependent Brillouin scattering parameters. Once the parameters are measured, they are used to determine the temperature.

  • Patent number: 6362873
Abstract: To improve the contrast of images obtained using the pulsed image-addition ESPI technique relative to a mechanically stressed object, a preliminary measuring cycle is performed, with the object in the unstressed condition, to obtain a predetermined number of interference images (110-160) differing from one another by a controlled phase shift of a fraction of the pulses traveling along one of the branches of the interferometer; a mean luminous intensity value is calculated (170) from the interference images, is memorized (180), and is subtracted (220) from each of the interference images obtained during the actual measuring cycle to improve the contrast of the images.
