  • Publication number: 20220082132
Abstract: A shaft-hub connection system with angular play for bidirectional transmission of driving torque, comprising a shaft, a hub provided with a hole inside which the shaft is accommodated, and elements for connection which are interposed between the hub and said shaft. The connection elements comprise at least one functional assembly which comprises a slot in which a corresponding coupling element is accommodated so that it can move and is adapted to assume alternately a first position, in which it is retracted within the slot, a second position, in which it protrudes partially with respect to it along a first orientation, and a third position, in which it protrudes partially with respect to it along a second orientation, elastic compression elements interposed between the slot and the coupling element, a first seat and a second seat for the abutment of the coupling element.

  • Patent number: 9410582
Abstract: A protective device for universal joint transmissions has at least two coaxial tubular protective elements, with the two tubular protective elements each having, at their opposite ends, a protective hood, The two tubular protective elements each having a locator flange associated rigidly with the tubular protective element. The protective hood has a coupling flange that is coaxial to the locator flange and is adapted to abut against the locator flange. The protective hood has a cylindrical accordion portion supported by the coupling flange. The protective hood also has at least one fastening element adapted to fasten the coupling flange on the locator flange. The protective device has at least one supporting ring, which has engagement elements for the engagement of the supporting ring with the locator flange, which is accommodatable rotatably in an annular seat provided at the outer surface of the hub of the fork of the joint.

  • Patent number: 9217475
Abstract: An uncoupling device, particularly for universal joint transmissions, is provided. The device includes a cylindrical casing, which is integral with a fork of a universal joint, having a plurality of radial slots provided on the inner circumferential surface of the casing. A pawl supporting cage is integral with a rotation shaft and includes a plurality of radial seats. The pawl is accommodated rotatably within the casing. A plurality of pawls is adapted to be accommodated in the radial seats of the cage. The pawls are adapted to pass from a coupling configuration to an uncoupling configuration. The device further includes an annular element which can move axially between a retracted position and an advanced position. The annular element includes a plurality of tongues.

  • Publication number: 20150098756
Abstract: A device for mutual retention and disengagement between a shaft and a hub of an articulation fork is provided. The device includes a sleeve that is fitted slidingly on the hub and a spring that is also fitted on the hub. The hub includes at least one radial seat that accommodates a respective locking ball, which can move along the radial seat to exert a force for retaining the shaft in the hub. The sleeve can slide, in contrast to the axial thrust force exerted by the spring on the sleeve, from a configuration for retention of the shaft, in which the annular collar prevents the radial outward movement of the locking ball in order to exert the force for retention of the shaft in the hub, to a disengagement configuration.
