  • Patent number: 6030554
Abstract: A method of sterilizing an intraocular lens formed of a cross-linked polymer, wherein the intraocular lens is accommodated in a sealed container which permits transmission of an electron beam therethrough but inhibits entry of microorganisms thereinto, and the intraocular lens is irradiated with the electron beam, for sterilization of the intraocular lens accommodated in the container.
