The locking mechanism 7 has an engagement body 72 that is constantly biased toward a locked position by a spring 73. A control tab 75 is provided to the engagement body 72.

A stand unit A has a slider 2 affixed to the upper end of a leg 3, a case 1 that houses the slider 2, and a slider position restriction means 5 for restricting the slider 2 to two positions: an upper position and a lower position. The slider position restriction means 5 is equipped with a cam component 6 and a spring 7. The spring 7 has an engagement component 71, and the cam component 6 is equipped with a upper latching component 61, a lower latching component 62, and a wavy serrated face 65 that links these. The function of increasing the moving resistance when the engagement component 71 moves is imparted to the serrated face 65.
