  • Patent number: 10221957
Abstract: A solenoid valve has a valve member (43) which is operated between: a closed position in which the valve member abuts on a valve seat to block communication between ports (32 and 33); and an open position in which the valve member separates from the valve seat to enable communication between the ports (32 and 33). A fixed iron core (18) and a movable iron core (21), in which the movable iron core reciprocatively moves in axial directions, are disposed in a bobbin (13) of a solenoid (11). In a valve housing (12) provided with ports (31 to 33), a swing member (41) having a valve element is swingably attached, and a pivotal lever (51) is pivotally attached. The pivotal lever (51) is provided with: an actuating portion (53) abutting on one end of the swing member (41); and an effort portion (54) abutting on the tip end of the movable iron core (21), an opening/closing stroke of the valve member (43) is made larger than the moving stroke of the movable iron core (21).

  • Patent number: 6109763
Abstract: Light section 1 comprises a body case 8 accommodating batteries 5 and a lens cap 7 containing a light bulb 4 and detachably mounted at the bottom edge opening of the body case 8. Outer periphery of light section 1 is covered by an outer cylindrical section 2 provided with a switching operation projection 10a and a stopper spring 12 such as to allow free relative sliding movements. The light section 1 and the outer cylindrical section 2 are stored in the hollow space of a decorative section 3 which is fitted with the outer cylindrical section 2. When the decorative section 3 is lifted from the state of being mounted on an installation surface 11, the outer cylindrical section 2 rises. Concurrently, an illumination circuit for the light bulb 4 is closed by a lead spring 9 being inwardly pushed by the switching operation projection 10a.

  • Patent number: 5444456
Abstract: In connection with a display apparatus that is held and swung by an operator to display images of pictures, letters, etc. in space using an afterimage effect, a party situated opposite to the operator is enabled to recognize the images displayed always at the central position of the swing range and with the same dimensions irrespective of the swinging speed and to see the same images displayed even of an asymmetrical pattern irrespective of the directions of the swing of the apparatus. The display apparatus has a transparent protective case covering both side faces, right and left, of an array of LEDs, a measuring unit to measure the cycle time of right and left reciprocating motion, a computing unit to process by computation the measured cycle time, a memory unit to memorize the processed results and a timer circuit unit to control turning the LEDs on and off.

  • Patent number: 4259177
Abstract: A process for producing olefines by using a fluidized bed of coke particles rovided in each of a reactor and a heater, circulating coke particles through the reactor and the heater, heating the coke particles by a combustion of fuel and if desired, a part of the coke particles in the heater, thermally cracking a heavy oil with a heated coke particles as a heat carrier in the reactor, the improvement which comprises a distillation residue is converted into a high-temperature, low-calorie gas in a combustion chamber, and the coke particles is heated with the gas in the heater, further an increment of coke deposited on a surface of the coke particles is burned by blowing air to the heater.
