  • Patent number: 11946575
Abstract: A device for pre-positioning a profile clamp for connecting line end pieces. The device has a bridge element of a profile clamp and a flange element on one of the line end pieces. The bridge element is designed to connect two clamp portions of the profile clamp along a bridge direction. The bridge element has a finger that extends away from the bridge element at least partly transversely to the bridge direction and has a free end portion. The flange element comprises a recess for receiving the free end portion. The recess blocks a movement of the free end portion along a circumferential direction of the flange element.

  • Publication number: 20240077157
Abstract: A profiled clamp having a first profiled clamp half and a second profiled clamp half, by means of which two flange parts can be connected to one another with the application of an axial force. A first tightening head is formed at one end of the first clamp half and a second tightening head is formed at one end of the second clamp half in order to form a tightening device. The ends of the clamp halves which are located opposite the tightening heads are connected to one another by means of an articulated connection. The articulated connection is formed from a mechanically machined or formed flat strip section. As a result, the flat strip section has an increased flexibility and/or a defined flexibility adapted to the intended application and can thus be mounted more easily.

  • Patent number: 11746938
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a clamp having a clamping strip and an annular ring element. The clamping strip has two clamping heads which are interconnected by means of a clamping element, and the ring element is positioned radially within the clamping strip. For simple pre-positioning, the ring element has at least one holding element for supporting on an inner side of the clamping strip, which is offset in an axial direction with respect to the ring element via a fastening section and extends at least in sections outwards in a radial direction.

  • Publication number: 20230184358
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a profile clamp for connecting two tubular bodies, wherein: the profile clamp has a clamp band having a profile cross-section that is open on the radially inner side; the clamp band, at at least one end, has a first transition portion and an adjoining, radially protruding clamping portion; and the clamping element can be clamped in the circumferential direction in order to tighten the profile clamp. A width of a base of the profile cross-section evenly increases from the end of the first transition portion facing away from the clamping element to the clamping element.

  • Publication number: 20220397218
Abstract: A profile clamp with a clamp band and an annular ring element with a ring body is provided. The clamp band has two clamping heads which are connected to one another via a clamping element. The ring element includes at least one first latching tab, which is arranged projecting from the ring body in the axial direction of the profile clamp and projecting out of the profile clamp at least in some sections. The first latching tab has a first latching portion and a free-swinging portion extending opposite thereto. The first latching portion is designed to exert a force, and the first latching portion has a first contact edge that is designed to create a point contact or a line contact with a flange of the pipe end.

  • Patent number: 11306857
Abstract: A fluid line connector provides remote securement detection capabilities and is hence equipped for initial assembly, subsequent quality inspection, and subsequent service techniques that can be automated, robotic, and/or autonomous. The fluid line connector, in an embodiment, includes a body, a radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag, and an actuator member. The body has a passage for fluid-flow therethrough. The RFID tag can communicate with an RFID interrogator and has a circuit with a break in the circuit. A portion or more, such as a surface, of the actuator member is composed of an electrically-conductive material. The electrically-conductive portion bridges the break when the actuator member is actuated.
