  • Publication number: 20230223605
Abstract: A battery cell contacting device for a battery module having a plurality of battery cells electrically coupled to one another via a plurality of cell connectors has a rigid printed circuit board, which, in the region next to the plurality of cell connectors, is arranged over the battery cells and is connected to the plurality of cell connectors via a plurality of contact elements. For the purpose of making fitting easier and more reliable, each of the plurality of contact elements is formed from an electrically conductive wire. The wire, at the first end section of the contact element, is electrically conductively connected to the printed circuit board and, at the opposite, second end section of the contact element, can be electrically conductively connected to the respective cell connector and/or is coupled to a sensor element which can be brought into contact with the respective cell connector.

  • Publication number: 20230060795
Abstract: A cell-contacting system for a battery module having an array of a plurality of battery cells. Cell connectors connect the cell terminals of the battery cells. The signal lines of a printed circuit board connect a signal source of one of the cell connectors to a signal management circuit or a connection interface. A plastics material carrier plate fits onto the battery cell array and has a first receiving region for the printed circuit board and a plurality of second receiving regions for one each of the plurality of cell connectors. The carrier plate has a base plate and frame elements for receiving the printed circuit board and the cell connectors. Snap-action hooks on the frame elements allow the printed circuit board or the cell connectors to be snap-fit into the corresponding receiving regions.

  • Publication number: 20200260536
Abstract: A method and a device for detecting a boiling state of a liquid and a domestic cooking appliance permit a boiling state of a liquid to be detected during a process of heating the liquid in a heating zone, for example of an induction cooktop. A sensor senses vibrations that are caused during the heating of the liquid in the form of a measuring signal. An evaluation unit converts a time diagram of the sensed measuring signal into a frequency spectrum and then determines the boiling state of the liquid by using an intelligent algorithm on the basis of the frequency spectrum.
