Mateusz Maria JUSZCZYK has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Patent number: 11359660
Abstract: A connection arrangement (4, 4?) of two components (1, 2) according to the invention has a curved surface portion having a contact point on at least one of these components. The curved surface portion can extend over the entire surface of a groove, for example. The other component has a taper. When assembling the two components before a force is applied, a line connection is created from the 2-contact point connection and when force is applied, the line connection changes through plastic deformation into a strip connection, on the basis of which the two components (1, 2) hold together.

  • Publication number: 20210282934
Abstract: The invention describes an implant for wear couples in endoprosthetics, comprising at least one shell, into which an insert, preferably a ceramic insert, is introduced. The insert has an outer side, with an outer face, and an inner side, and a hemispherical wear region for accommodating a spherical wear partner being formed on the inner side. The aim of the invention is to reduce the height of the implant as much as possible and to ensure that, e.g., the pelvic bone does not have to be milled down as much. According to the invention, the insert is therefore designed in the form of a ring or annular structure. In order to reduce friction between the spherical wear partner and the implant to a minimum, the implant has a specially designed inner geometry.

According to the invention, the implant is therefore designed in the form of a ring or annular structure and the outer face permits direct implantation in the body. In order to reduce friction between the spherical wear partner and the implant to a minimum, the implant has a specially designed inner geometry.
