Abstract: An invention for infusing liquids, such as beer or wine, at a desired temperature and pressure is disclosed. The invention comprises a fillable container to contain the infusing material and the liquid to be infused, a cooling system to maintain the temperature of the liquid at a desired level during infusion, and a pressurization system to facilitate dispensing the liquid after infusion.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a Modular Liquid Infusing, Flavoring and Dispensing Device that provides a means to infuse flavor into liquids for variable periods of time prior to dispensing, and after the brewing process, wherein the system provides a means to control the rate at which the liquid is dispensed, reduces the trauma to the dispensed liquid, and reduces the amount of foaming in the dispensed liquid. The present invention further provides a method for using the Modular Liquid Infusing, Flavoring, and Dispensing Device.
