The frame further includes two anterior longitudinal posts and two posterior longitudinal posts, extending along a longitudinal axis A, an anterior portion, adapted to be arranged at the anterior side of the head, the anterior portion interconnecting the two anterior longitudinal posts, and a posterior portion, adapted to be arranged at the posterior side of the head, the posterior portion interconnecting the two posterior longitudinal posts.
