  • Publication number: 20250341549
Abstract: A magnetic field sensor is provided for sensing a current flowing in a first direction divided in at least two conductor portions separated in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. It includes at least a first sensing element and second sensing element and at least one integrated magnetic concentrator for sensing the magnetic field at respectively first and second positions in a region between the two conductor portions. The sensing elements are adapted in combination with the concentrator to sense the field with a highest sensitivity in a sensing direction perpendicular to the first direction, wherein the two positions are separated by a predetermined distance in a spacing direction perpendicular to the sensing direction.

  • Publication number: 20250216422
Abstract: A current-sensing system for fault detection includes a sensing element for detecting a magnetic field and a magnetic core that encloses at least two target conductors. The sensing element is mechanically uncoupled from the magnetic core, and it is designed to detect a component of the magnetic field superposition by currents in the target conductors, the field being generated inside the core and traversing an opening in the core. The sensing element provides an output signal indicative of this superposition. The system is able to detect the combined magnetic field effects of multiple currents, enabling accurate fault detection in electrical systems.

  • Patent number: 12229680
Abstract: A method comprises receiving an input signal for processing in one or more neurons of a neural network, wherein the neural network has zero bias neurons and includes a plurality of resistive processing unit (RPU) weights and each neuron has an activation function. The method also includes applying an arbitrary amplification factor to activation function outputs of the one or more neurons in the neural network, wherein the arbitrary amplification factor is based on a dynamic range of components in the neural network and compensates for conductance drift in values of the RPU weights. The method also includes performing a calculation with the neural network using the amplified activation function outputs of the one or more neurons.
