  • Patent number: 10825242
Abstract: According to an embodiment of the invention, there is provided a computer-implemented method for designing a three dimensional modeled object in a three dimensional scene, wherein the method comprises the steps of: providing a first curve; duplicating the first curve to obtain a second curve; determining a set of at least one starting point belonging to the first curve; determining a set of at least one target point belonging to the second curve, each target point being associated at least one starting point; linking the relevant points with their associated target points by using at least a connecting curve.

  • Patent number: 10496237
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for designing a three-dimensional modeled object provides the three-dimensional modeled object in a three-dimensional scene; and displays a plane-shaped graphical tool (PSGT) defining a current working plane. The method points to and activates the plane-shaped graphical tool (PSGT) with a pointing element (PE). Without releasing the pointing element (PE), the method hovers the pointing element over a part of the three-dimensional modeled object and selects said part of the three-dimensional modeled object when releasing the pointing element (PE). The method extracts a working plane from the selected object at the current position of the pointing element and defines said plane as the current working plane represented by the plane-shaped graphical tool (PSGT). Lastly, a designing operation is performed in the current working plane.

  • Patent number: 9772770
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for configuring a tool with at least one pointing element on a screen comprising the steps of: pointing and activating (S1) a tool with a pointing element, said tool comprising a list of customizable parameters; and without releasing the pointing element, providing (S2) a first direction for selecting a customizable parameter of the list; providing (S3) a second direction for customizing a selected parameter of the list; and defining (S4) series of moves of the pointing element according to first and second direction for configuring the tool.

  • Patent number: 9472024
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for designing a three-dimensional modeled object comprising the steps of providing a three-dimensional designing scene (41) in a display screen (40); and providing a graphical tool (42) in a first area (43) with a reduced size in the display area (44) of the screen (40) comprising at least one image (45, 46, 47). The graphical tool (42) is permanently superimposed over the scene (41).

  • Patent number: 9336335
Abstract: The invention discloses a computer-implemented process for selecting a manipulator of an object among a plurality of objects displayed in a graphical user interface, each object comprising at least one manipulator. The process comprises the steps of providing a set of manipulators, wherein each manipulator comprises at least one picking area and at least two picking areas of different manipulators of the set overlap; receiving, upon a user interaction with the graphical user interface, an event applied on the said at least two overlapping picking areas; triggering a set of filters for selecting one manipulator of the set to be activated.
