  • Publication number: 20230202099
Abstract: A process for manufacturing a composite material of 3-D shape, includes a stack of layers of resin and fibre, incorporating at least one metal layer, the process comprising the following steps, a standard unit pattern having been determined for the metal layer: i/computing periodically organized patterns on the 3-D shape, which is non-developable; then projecting, onto a plane, the patterns, thus defining a planar organization of second patterns; ii/partially polymerizing, flat, first layers, comprising a metal top layer, of the flat composite stack, so as to make it etchable, but to keep it still deformable; iii/electrochemically etching the organization of second patterns that was defined in step i into the metal top layer of the flat composite stack resulting from step iv/carrying out polymerization of the etched composite stack after the stack has been placed in a mould having the desired 3-D shape.

  • Patent number: 10797398
Abstract: The invention relates to an antenna designed to emit and/or receive surface waves with a decametric, hectometric or kilometric central wavelength ?0, characterised in that it comprises at least one horizontal wire aerial element of between 0.5?0 and ?0 in length, and at least three vertical wire aerial elements of the same length between 0.03?0 and 0.1?0, arranged in a same plane and each comprising an upper end and a lower end, said upper ends being connected to the horizontal wire aerial element, said lower ends being designed to be connected to a conducting medium having a substantially horizontal surface. The invention also relates to an antenna, an antenna array and a use of an antenna or of an antenna array.

  • Patent number: 10622697
Abstract: The invention relates to a surface wave antenna system, comprising at least one antenna that is electrically short in the vertical plane, with vertical or elliptic polarization and emitting a radiation, said antenna being linked to a conducting medium exhibiting a substantially horizontal surface. The antenna system being characterized in that it comprises furthermore at least one parasitic wire extending in a direction substantially parallel to the surface of the conducting medium, electrically insulated from each antenna, and arranged in the vicinity of at least one antenna in such a way as to be able to radiate by virtue of the current induced by said radiation of this antenna. The invention makes it possible to combine the resultants of each radiating element in such a way as to control the radiation pattern in the vertical plane.

  • Patent number: 9912080
Abstract: The present invention relates to an antenna able to cover two opposite angular sectors comprising: first and second excited elements (10,11) each able to radiate a signal beam at a predetermined frequency, at least two reflector elements (20,21,22,23), called first and second reflector elements, able to reflect said beams in opposite directions. According to the invention, said first and second excited elements (10,11) and said at least two reflector elements (20,21,22,23) are aligned, said reflector elements being disposed between said first and second excited elements. At least two reflector elements from among said at least two reflector elements (20,21,22,23) are connected together electrically by a first transmission line (30) of predetermined length so that the reflector elements connected together participate jointly in reflecting the beams in the two opposite directions.
