Abstract: The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, an oily phase and at least a) a phenyl silicone oil of formula (I) [Chem 1] (I) wherein—Me is methyl and Ph is phenyl, OR? represents an —OSiMe3 group, —y ranges from 1 to 1000, and—z ranges from 1 to 1000, b) a C8-C30 fatty alcohol, c) a branched dextrin ester, and d) advantageously a liposoluble polymer selected from among the group consisting of: (i) acrylate polymers selected from among the group consisting of silicone acrylate polymers, acrylate polymers comprising an alkyl chain of at least 10 carbon atoms, and copolymers of acrylates and acrylamide, (ii) copolymers of vinylpyrrolidone (VP) and alkene comprising at least 18 carbon atoms, and (iii) mixtures thereof, and its use in particular on the lips for a make-up result with improved gloss and longer-lasting gloss and color. Preferably, the composition is in a semi-solid or solid form.
