  • Publication number: 20030102946
Abstract: A pole wheel of the type driven in rotation by a shaft employs a sensor system disposed on the pole wheel for detecting rotations of the shaft. The pole wheel includes a first component in the form of a hollow magnet body and a second component that is disposed as a retaining part for the first component and is seated firmly on the shaft and is embodied integrally, for the sake of streamlined connection to the first component, with connecting means. Recesses, which for instance can be embodied in groovelike fashion, may be disposed on the second component, that is, the retaining part seated solidly on the shaft, and the first component is injected molded onto the second component, creating positive engagement connecting means comprising the material of the magnet body.

  • Patent number: 6462445
Abstract: An electric motor drive mechanism, in particular a power-window drive for a motor vehicle, with an electric motor (10) and a set of motor electronics (14) connected with it that are encompassed by an electronics housing (20), as well as a securing device (16), which supports the electronics housing (20) in relation to a pole pot (22) of electric motor (10). The proposal is that the securing device (16) have a guide (26) for connection to an opposing guide (38) disposed on the electronics housing (20) and have the ability to engage in detent fashion with the drive mechanism.
