Abstract: An event detection (ED) computing device is provided. The ED computing device includes a processor in communication with a memory. The processor is configured to receive real time data from a real time data source, including location data and transaction data, and calculate a first data derivative based at least in part on the received location data and transaction data. The ED computing device is also configured to identify an event associated with the first location based at least in part on the received location data and transaction data and store an identified event data structure in a database. The ED computing device is configured to retrieve notification rules associated with a first stakeholder, compare the a data derivative to the notification rules, and transmit a notification to the first stakeholder based at least in part on the comparison.

Abstract: Systems, methods and mediums to facilitate utilization of select transit entities by tracking and inducing such utilization are disclosed. In embodiments, a first signal indicating that an item utilized a select transit entity is received, wherein a quantity of units to incrementally associate with utilization by the item of the select transit entity is determined. A second signal associated with the item indicating a procurement request is then made to a select provider and reducing at least some units associated with the item and signaling the select provider that the procurement request is to transpire at a reduced rate.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for monitoring attendance of people at organizer events, via payment networks, based on authorization messages generated in connection with such attendance. One exemplary method includes identifying an authorization message as an attendance message based on a program code included in the authorization message, where the authorization message further includes an organizer identifier indicative of an organizer associated with a location of the attendance. The method also includes identifying a person associated with the attendance based on the authorization message, and appending an attendance entry to an attendance profile associated with the person, based on the authorization message, whereby an incentive associated with the attendance of the person at the organizer is able to be allocated.

The method includes generating a transfer rule for transferring reserves associated with the resource to the cessation target on the cessation date. The transfer rule is invoked on the cessation date to transfer the reserves to the cessation target.
