    Abstract: A blank tube for cold drawing is used for the production of a longer-length, small-diameter tube such as a heat-transfer tube for steam generation in nuclear power facilities, wherein the blank tube will not cause scoring and chattering vibration in a drawing process. The blank tube is used to produce a cold drawn tube through cold drawing of the blank tube. The average surface roughness Ra (ANSI B46.1) of the inner surface of blank tube before drawing satisfies the condition: 0.10 ?m?Ra?1.00 ?m in the case of a blank tube for cold drawing for use in an oil-lubricated drawing. In particular, the surface roughness Ra satisfies the condition: 0.10 ?m?Ra?0.50 ?m in the case of a blank tube for use in a high-pressure lubrication drawing and made of an austenitic alloy for use in a heat-transfer tube for a steam generator.

A second rolling bearing is disposed between the supporting part and the first rotary shaft and supports the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft such that they are rotatable relative to each other. A transmission part of the second rotary shaft transmits to the second rolling bearing a preload force that pushes the second rotary shaft to the first rotary shaft side. A load-receiving part of the case receives the preload force transmitted from the second rolling bearing to the first rolling bearing.

    Abstract: A mechanism is provided for dynamically adjusting DC offset at the time of deviation from DC balance ½ (DC level) in a data pattern including long-period consecutive bits generating DC offset in a section of data. A receiver circuit unit of an LSI having a serializer/deserializer arrangement for performing high-speed serial transmission includes an offset adjusting circuit. The offset adjusting circuit calculates DC balance in an arbitrary section of data by averaging received serial data. Based on comparison between a DC level and the DC balance obtained by averaging the received data, offset is shifted toward the H side when the DC balance exists on the H side from the DC level, and shifted toward the L side when the DC balance exists on the L side.
