  • Patent number: 11648811
Abstract: A spring-damper assembly includes a damper and an adjustable gas spring system coupled to the damper. The spring-damper assembly can be coupled to a vehicle as part of a suspension thereof. The adjustable gas spring system maintains the ride height of the vehicle while absorbing forces from changes in the terrain. The dampers control unwanted movement of the coil spring and dissipate forces from the suspension.

  • Patent number: 10633054
Abstract: Devices, systems and methods for providing rider control assemblies for adjusting and displaying pressure and height settings for vehicle air suspension devices, such as on adjustable air shocks and air struts, used in vehicles such as motorcycles. The assemblies can have a protruding eyelet portion that can be mounted to existing control panel clamps on motorcycle handlebars. The assemblies can have two part housings attached to one another by waterproof gaskets placed in opposite facing channels.

  • Publication number: 20200062065
Abstract: Assemblies, systems, devices, and methods for disassembling an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) air shock/air spring and reassembling and inexpensively remanufacturing the air shock/air spring with a novel seal pack in the top mount. The novel seal pack keeps compressed air from leaking from the air shock/air spring and allows the damper rod to move axially and rotationally and shift side to side in the top mount. The seal pack can include a seal pack with an outer groove, a seal pack X-ring for fitting inside of the seal pack, and an O-ring for fitting into the outer groove of the seal pack.

  • Publication number: 20200063817
Abstract: Assemblies, systems, devices, and methods for disassembling an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) air shocks/air springs and replacing the inflatable bag/bladders and adding a crimp ring adapter to a top mount in order to reassemble and remanufacture the air shock/air spring with a new inflatable bag/bladder as an effective high quality and good reliability OEM replacement part. The existing air bladder is substantially cut out form the OEM air shocks/air springs, leaving a portion of the existing air bladder left inside of the remanufactured air shock/air spring.

  • Patent number: 9714066
Abstract: Combination adjustable air suspension shocks with separate dampers, systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, for motorcycles. Air suspension systems, devices, apparatus, and methods for allowing motorcycle drivers to increase and decrease compressed air supplies in air suspension devices. Deflating interior air springs/airbags (bladders) inside the devices allows for springs and pistons on shock absorbers in the devices to expand outward separating lower front and rear frame portions which effectively lowers the motorcycle to the ground surface and for the driver to have a firmer ride. Inflating the air springs/airbags (bladders) allows for the springs and the pistons on the shock absorbers in the devices to retract into the devices so that the devices have a more shock absorbing effect giving the rider a smoother ride, which also raises the motorcycles above the ground surface.

  • Patent number: 9713945
Abstract: Single adjustable air suspension shocks with built-in damper device and coil assist, apparatus, system and method for motor vehicles, such as automobiles, vans, trucks, off the road vehicles, and the like. Air suspension systems, devices, apparatus, and methods for allowing motor vehicle drivers to increase and decrease compressed air supplies in air suspension devices. Deflating interior air springs/airbags (bladders) inside the devices allows for springs and pistons on shock absorbers in the devices to expand outward separating lower front and rear frame portions which effectively lowers the motor vehicle to the ground surface and for the driver to have a firmer ride. Inflating the air springs/airbags (bladders) allows for the springs and the pistons on the shock absorbers in the devices to retract into the devices so that the devices have a more shock absorbing effect giving the driver and passenger(s) a smoother ride, which also raises the motor vehicles above the ground surface.

  • Patent number: 9707817
Abstract: Adjustable air suspension shocks with rotatable damper assemblies, apparatus, systems and method for motor vehicles, such as automobiles, vans, trucks, off the road vehicles, motorcycles, the like. Deflating interior air springs/airbags (bladders) allows for pistons on shock absorbers to expand outward separating lower front and rear frame portions which effectively lowers the motor vehicle to the ground surface and for the driver to have a firmer ride. Inflating the airbags (bladders) allows for the pistons on the shock absorbers in the devices to retract so that devices have a more shock absorbing effect giving the driver and passenger(s) a smoother ride, which also raises the motor vehicles above the ground surface. A sleeve attached to the air shock allows for a damper assembly to rotate relative to the air shock so that it can be installed within mounting brackets where the axial mounting openings need not be perpendicular to one another.
