  • Patent number: 12204583
Abstract: An electronic device and method for recommending new musical tracks for playlists. The electronic device detects a playback of a musical track associated with a first music listening service and identifies a list of tracks by accessing user data associated with a second music listening service that is different from the first music listening service. The list of tracks includes at least one of a set of playlists or a music library of favorite tracks. The electronic device determines the musical track as a missing list item in content of the list of tracks and generates a notification that includes information associated with the musical track and a prompt to add the musical track as a list item of the list of tracks. The notification is generated based on a determination that the musical track is the missing list item. A display is thereafter controlled to render the generated notification.

  • Publication number: 20240311884
Abstract: Systems and methods for ownership determination are provided. In one embodiment, a method includes creating a listing for a pre-owned vehicle based on vehicle information from a prospective seller. The method includes identifying a first test drive of the pre-owned vehicle with a first user of a plurality of users scheduled during a test drive window. The method includes monitoring scheduling events for the pre-owned vehicle for a scheduling period after the test drive window. The method includes sending the first user an ownership notification in response to determining that no scheduling events have occurred during the scheduling period. The method includes receiving feedback from the first user based on the ownership notification. The method includes generating a new owner profile for the new owner that changes the initial settings of the one or more vehicle systems to subsequent settings that alter the operation of the pre-owned vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240249325
Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device includes memory to store a neural network model which has been trained with regulation information for a plurality of vehicles at a plurality of geolocations. The electronic device further includes a processor to receive first information from a buyer device, which corresponds to a vehicle to be purchased for a first geolocation of the buyer device. The processor further receives, from a seller device, second information which corresponds to a set of features of the vehicle. The processor applies the neural network model on the first information and the second information to determine whether the set of features of the vehicle complies with the regulation information for the vehicle at the first geolocation. Based on the determination, the processor generates a notification and controls an output device to render the generated notification.

  • Publication number: 20240212004
Abstract: An electronic device and method for understanding customer's intent from conversations is disclosed. The electronic device controls a customer device to render a marketplace User Interface (UI) associated with an online reseller marketplace. The electronic device receives, from the customer device, an input that includes a selection of a vehicle from a listing on the marketplace and initiates a chat session between a customer associated with the input and an agent. The electronic device records a conversation between the customer and the agent for a duration of the session. The conversation includes queries associated with the vehicle. The electronic device updates a score as measure of an intent of the customer to purchase the vehicle based on a textual analysis of the conversation and controls a display device associated with the agent to render insight information associated with the conversation. The insight information is rendered based on the updated score.

  • Publication number: 20240202785
Abstract: A system and method for machine learning (ML) model based low-ball offer determination is provided. The system receives a first data set including a set of historical list prices for a first product, and a set of historical offer prices associated with the set of historical list prices. The system trains an ML model. The system receives a first list price, associated with a first seller. The system receives a first offer price, associated with a first buyer and the first list price. The system applies the trained ML model on the received first offer price. The system determines whether the received first offer price corresponds to a low-ball offer. The low-ball offer corresponds to an offer price that is a predefined value lesser than the determined threshold price for the first product. The system transmits a first notification corresponding to the first offer price from the first buyer.

  • Publication number: 20240039651
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to radio stations. More particularly, this disclosure describes a radio tuner system using metadata that filters broadcasts based on metadata. Through this, the system may automatically identify those radio stations playing current content for a specific user. In one illustrative embodiment, a third-party server which provides on-demand music streaming services may provide the metadata. The metadata may be accessed and used to filter out those incoming broadcasts from the radio stations. Formats or other topics of the radio stations may be identified that fit user preferences identified within the metadata received from the third-party server and those broadcasts from the radio stations would be provided to the user. These identified broadcasts may then be output to an audio system.

  • Publication number: 20240028119
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a virtual world where interactions between computer-generated participants or users may occur. More particularly, this disclosure describes a system within a metaverse that allows the participants to involve themselves in experiencing a vehicle through a dealership environment. In one illustrative embodiment, a metaverse server may be coupled to a client computer through a network with the client computer allowing a user to enter into the metaverse. The metaverse server may open the dealership environment within a metaverse application. The dealership environment may provide at least one vehicle in a context of a multidimensional virtual scene, wherein the at least one vehicle is replicated from a physical vehicle at a dealership. The system may include an object experience engine coupled to the metaverse application which provides interactions with the at least one vehicle from the dealership environment within the metaverse application.

  • Publication number: 20240028641
Abstract: An electronic device and method for source discovery of music for music listening services is provided. The electronic device detects a playback of a musical track associated with a first music listening service and identifies a list of tracks by accessing user data associated with a second music listening service. The second music listening service is different from the first music listening service. The electronic device determines a time of addition of the musical track to the identified list of tracks and determines a discovery source of the musical track as one of the first music listening service or the second music listening service, based on a time of the playback of the musical track and the time of addition of the musical track to the list of tracks. The electronic device transmits information including the discovery source to a data collection system associated with the second music listening service.

  • Patent number: 11526909
Abstract: A server and a method for real-time targeting of advertisements across multiple platforms is provided. The server receives first information that indicates a presence of a first person in a first vehicle at a first time period. The server determines content metadata associated with media content rendered via an infotainment device of the first vehicle. The server transmits first advertisement content to the infotainment device. The server receives second information that indicates an absence of the first person from the first vehicle at a second time period. The server further determines a first application used by the first person on an electronic device within a time threshold from the second time period. The server further transmits second advertisement content, to be rendered on the determined first application, to the first electronic device.
