  • Publication number: 20220324159
Abstract: A method for the construction of three-dimensional fibre-reinforced structures from a pre-existing object, where said method comprises the following steps: —acquisition of the initial three-dimensional geometry of the pre-existing object and of the relative spatial coordinates of its position with respect to a numerically controlled machine (10) equipped with at least one printhead (12); definition of the path to be followed by the above-mentioned printhead (12) in order to add the desired amount of material to the pre-existing object to obtain a desired final object; —deposit of the material on the pre-existing object by means of said printhead (12) by layering the composite material on the pre-existing object according to programmed trajectories, where such programmed trajectories are calculated according to the path that said printhead (12) must follow to add the desired amount of material to the pre-existing object; —extraction of the reinforced object after operations are concluded.

  • Patent number: 11254534
Abstract: The unwinder includes a pair of tailstocks adapted to engage and support a reel to be unwound and a peripheral unwinding device adapted to coact with a reel in the unwinding station. There is also provided a shuttle adapted to insert reels into the unwinding station, movable between a loading position of the reel on the shuttle and a position aligned with the pair of tailstocks, to transfer a reel from the shuttle to the tailstocks or vice versa. In use, the peripheral unwinding device is positioned under the reel of web material, so that the force exerted by the peripheral unwinding device on the reel being unwound has a component that is subtracted from the weight force of the reel.

  • Publication number: 20190290050
Abstract: A dispenser unit operated by a lever for use in espresso machines. The lever is associated with an electric motor which, as selected by an operator, at least partially relieves the effort required to displace the lever for loading the spring that actuates the coffee dispensing piston. The same electric motor acts as a brake during the return movement of the lever that loaded the spring of the dispensing piston of the unit. In case of failed coffee dispensing, the braking motor provides an accident-prevention safety feature by preventing any abrupt return movement of the lever.
