Abstract: The present invention provides a combination of an agonist of stimulator of interferon response cGAMP interactor 1 (STING) and a vaccine including specific antigens or antigenic epitopes, namely, a complex comprising a cell penetrating peptide, at least one antigen or antigenic epitope, and a TLR peptide agonist. Such a combination is particularly useful in medicine, in particular in the prevention and/or treatment of cancer. Moreover, the present invention also provides compositions, such as a pharmaceutical compositions and vaccines, which are useful, for example, in the prevention and/or treatment of cancer.

Abstract: A re-usable container for a substance for the preparation of a liquid beverage, particularly configured for use as a capsule for a beverage dispensing machine, includes a first end portion, a second end portion, and a shell between the first end portion and second end portion and delimiting therewith an internal volume of the container configured for housing a substance for the preparation of a liquid beverage. The first end portion includes one or more first apertures configured for allowing the inlet of a liquid into the internal volume. The second end portion includes a plurality of second apertures configured for allowing the outlet of a beverage that can be obtained by interaction of the liquid with a substance for the preparation of a liquid beverage within said internal volume. The second end portion is dismountable and includes an annular element configured for coupling with the shell and an insert that can be removably coupled into the annular element and having the second apertures.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a solid creamy alimentary formulation based on olive oil comprising olive oil in an amount comprised between 50 and 90% by weight, fat of vegetable origin between 5 and 50% by weight, water between 0 and 25% by weight, emulsifying agents between 0.2 and 1.2% by weight, vegetable fibers for alimentary use between 0.2 and 1.5% by weight, organic acid for alimentary use between 0.01 and 0.15% by weight; a method of manufacturing and uses thereof.

The container includes a first end portion; a second end portion; and a shell between the first end portion and the second end portion and delimiting therewith an internal volume of the container designed to house a substance for preparation of a liquid beverage. Abstract: A method for non-destructive reading of a datum stored in a ferroelectric material in a stable state of polarization, the method including applying a read electrical quantity to the ferroelectric material having a value such as not to cause a variation in the stable state of polarization thereof, generating an output quantity indicative of a polarization charge variation occurring in the ferroelectric material during application of the read electrical quantity, and determining the value of the stored datum based on the output quantity. In particular, the polarization charge variation is given by a difference between a first value assumed by the polarization charge in the stable state of the ferroelectric material and a second value assumed by the polarization charge during application of the read electrical quantity.
