  • Publication number: 20150343540
Abstract: Drill bit (10), which is rotatable in a direction of rotation (21) about an axis of rotation (22), having: a cutting portion (11) with as annular portion (13), which is connected at a first end to one or more cutting elements (14) and has at a second end an outer insertion clement (15) and a stop shoulder (59), and a drill shaft portion (12) with a cylindrical drill shaft (16), which has at an end towards the cutting portion (11) an inner insertion element (17) with an end face (33), in a direction of insertion parallel to the axis of rotation (22), the insertion elements (15, 17) form a plug-in connection and can be additionally connected by way of at least one pin element (25), which is movable in at least one slit-shaped clearance (26). The at least one pin element (25) is fastened to an outer side (27) of the inner insertion element (17) and the outer insertion element (15) has the at least one slit-shaped clearance (26).

  • Publication number: 20150328695
Abstract: A drill bit which is rotatable about a drilling axis is disclosed. The drill bit has a drill shaft section having a first plug-connecting element and a cutting section having a second plug-connecting element. The first plug-connecting element and the second plug-connecting element form a plug connection. The cutting section includes a plurality of cutting subsections each having a ring subsection and at least one cutting segment, wherein each ring subsection together with the first plug-connecting element forms the plug connection and is connectable to the first plug-connecting element by a pin connection.

  • Patent number: 6634440
Abstract: A tool for removing a drill core is formed of a tubular tool member (1) having an axially extending receptacle region (A) and an axially extending gripping region (B), wherein the receptacle region (A) extends partially around half of the circular annular circumference. In a first end of the receptacle region (A) spaced from the gripping region (B) two mutually opposed swivel arms (4) are arranged. The swivel arms (4) project into the inside diameter of the tool member (1) and extend in the direction of the gripping region (G) and are elastic in the radial direction. These swivel arms (4) serve in axially securing a drill core received in the receptacle region (A) of the tool member (1).
