Optionally, the pill case includes a central support member in operative engagement to each of the pill-holding members.

Abstract: A fluid dispenser includes a pump in. fluid communication with a fluid outlet. The fluid dispenser further includes a securing mechanism for securing the pump to a fluid source containing a fluid, a movable dispensing actuator in operative engagement to the pump where the dispensing actuator is adapted to urge the pump to convey the fluid from the fluid source to the fluid outlet when moved from a first position to a second position, and a rotatable locking mechanism operatively associated with the dispensing actuator for releasable engagement to a fixed portion of the fluid dispenser wherein the dispensing actuator is immobilized in the first position.

Abstract: A compliance ring for indicating into which nostril medication has last been sprayed, comprises fixed and movable rings engaged to each other and held between the actuator and the reservoir bottle of the dispenser of the medication. The fixed ring has a cylindrical skirt which is interrupted by a rectangular recess and a movable ring has an outwardly projecting indicator which, with rotation of the movable ring in the fixed ring, moves from one position to the other. In one position, the indicator registers with the letter "R" on the upper surface of the fixed ring, and in the opposition position, the indicator registers with the letter "L". The letters "L" and "R" indicate left and right nostrils which have received medication or are meant to receive medication next.
