    Abstract: This disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for detecting change in patient health based upon patient data. In one example, a medical system comprising processing circuitry communicably coupled to a glucose sensor and configured to generate continuous glucose sensor measurements of a patient. The processing circuitry is further configured to: extract at least one feature from the continuous glucose sensor measurements over at least one time period, wherein the at least one feature comprises one or more of an amount of time within a pre-determined glucose level range, a number of hypoglycemia events, a number of hyperglycemia events, or one or more statistical metrics corresponding to the continuous glucose sensor measurements; apply a machine learning model to the at least one extracted feature to produce data indicative of a risk of a cardiovascular event; and generate output data based on the risk of the cardiovascular event.

The composition of the present invention may be formulated into, for example, a medicament for the treatment and/or prevention of various diseases or disorders (eg human or veterinary therapeutics). The average diameter of the individual microparticles of the composition, may be in the order of 2.5-3.5 ?m which are particularly suitable for administration to the lung.

The controller determines an amount of space within an elevator car required to accommodate the item based on predetermined space information corresponding to the selected visual representation. The controller assigns a car to a passenger request based on a determination that the assigned car will have adequate space to accommodate the passenger and the item.

The plurality of elevator cars considered by the controller includes every elevator car that is capable of serving the call. The controller is also configured to assign the call to the identified elevator car. With the input device controller assigning the call to an identified elevator car, the dispatching of elevator cars is distributed among controllers of input devices rather than being accomplished at a single group controller.
