  • Publication number: 20230180487
Abstract: A method of fabricating a resistive semiconductor memory structure that provides in-situ selective etch of phase change materials during deposition of dielectric at low temperature (in the same chamber). The method provides, to a single processing chamber, a semiconductor wafer including a trimmed resistive memory device structure having one or more layers of phase change material used to form a resistive memory device. The one or more layers of phase change material have oxidized sidewall surfaces as a result of a prior etching step where a whole stack structure of the layers forming the resistive memory structure is etched. Then, an encapsulating of the trimmed resistive memory device structure is performed by depositing, within the processing chamber, using a PECVD, a layer of dielectric material, and during the encapsulating, etching, within the processing chamber, the wafer to selectively remove the phase change material oxidation at the sidewall surfaces.

  • Publication number: 20230135875
Abstract: A system for maintaining links and revisions for documents is described. The system comprises a productivity server configured to provide a document collaboration service and having processors and a memory storing program data. The program data configures the processors to: receive requests indicating revisions on the documents, including a first request that indicates a first revision to a first document, and a second request that indicates a second revision to a second document. For each request, a workspace revision counter shared by, and indicating a revision state of, the documents is incremented. The workspace revision counter is incremented a first time for the first request and a second time for the second request. Revisions corresponding to the each request are queued in a workspace revision queue shared by the documents. The revisions are caused to be performed on the documents that correspond to the each request.

  • Publication number: 20220374480
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for document branching. In some embodiments, the method includes the steps of: obtaining a branch model associated with a set of related documents, the branch model comprising one or more branches, each branch of the one or more branches comprising a branch type and one or more nodes, the one or more branches comprising a primary branch associated with a primary document, the set of related documents comprising the primary document having a first document identifier; generating a secondary branch based upon a revision of the primary document, the secondary branch associated with a secondary document of the set of related documents, the secondary document having a second document identifier; and adding the secondary branch to the branch model.

  • Publication number: 20220358284
Abstract: A method for partially publishing edits to a document is described. A first document including a first cell and a second cell is displayed on first user account on a first computing device and on a second user account. A second document including a linked version of the first cell and a linked version of the second cell is displayed. An edit of the first cell is received from the first user account and an edit of the second cell is received. In response to receiving an indication from the first user account that the edit of the first cell is to be published, the edit of the first cell is made to the linked version of the first cell, while the linked version of the second cell is unchanged so that the content of the linked version of the second cell no longer matches that of the second cell.

  • Publication number: 20220350102
Abstract: Aspects and techniques of the present disclosure relate to a cable sealing structure comprising a cable sealing body including a gel and methods of making anisotropic behavior in cable sealing structures made with a dry silicone gel. In one aspect, various three-dimensional printing techniques are used to make a cable sealing structure that includes a gel. The cable sealing body has a construction that elastically deforms to apply an elastic spring load to the gel. The cable sealing body has a construction with anisotropic deformation characteristics that allows the cable sealing body to be less deformable in one direction than in others. The cable sealing structure can be utilized to seal fiber optic cables more uniformly while limiting the potential of leakage.

  • Patent number: 11459773
Abstract: A magnetic attachment assembly for attaching a first object to a second object includes a first and second ferromagnetic devices possessing an attractive magnetic property pulling each toward one another. The first ferromagnetic device is attached to the first object and an adhesive layer on the second ferromagnetic device is for attaching the second ferromagnetic device to the second object. A removable separator is initially positioned intermediate the first ferromagnetic device and the second ferromagnetic device and is frictionally held in place prior to attachment of the second ferromagnetic device to the second object. During installation, the user pushes the attachment assembly onto the second object, pulls the first ferromagnetic device away from the second ferromagnetic device, removes the separator, and then pushes the first ferromagnetic device back to the second ferromagnetic device thereby attaching the first object to the second object.
