The processor is operable to instruct a memory communicatively coupled to the processor to store an indication that a bathroom was cleaned in response to a determination that the received concentration measurement is greater than the first threshold and less than the second threshold. The processor is operable to send an alert for display on a user device indicating either that the sensor has been tampered or that a spill event has occurred in response to a determination that the received concentration measurement is greater than the second threshold.

Linear translatable input elements or pistons of the input subsystem are each associated with a corresponding one of the actuation elements. The input and output elements are positioned such that operation of an actuator linearly translates an output element, causing linear translation of a corresponding input element and engagement of an actuation element. A sterile drape is positionable between the input elements and the output elements.

The default tag bits are stored as first tag bits with the data in memory. The processing circuit can include a mode indicator indicating whether default tag bits are employed. In a first mode, in which the default tag bits are not employed, an exception signal may be immediately generated in response to a mismatch between the first tag bits and second tag bits in the memory instruction. In a second mode, in response to a mismatch, the first tag bits are 10 further compared to the default tag bits and an error may be generated in response to a mismatch between the first tag bits and the default tag bits.
