Abstract: The technology of the present disclosure generally relates to the field of capacitor devices. More particularly to Metal-Insulator-Metal capacitors (MIM CAPS) comprising a Hafnium Zirconium Oxide (HZO) layer, and a method for producing the same. Further described are related methods, deposition systems, and devices. The method for forming the doped HZO layer on a substrate, comprises the steps of providing a substrate in a reaction chamber; executing one or more cycles whereby each cycle comprising contacting a hafnium precursor, a zirconium precursor, an oxygen reactant and a dopant precursor on at least part of the substrate by introducing the precursors and reactant in the reaction chamber; the dopant precursor comprises a dopant element having three or four valence electrons and an atomic radius which is less than the atomic radius of an Hf or Zr element of the HZO layer.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods of ex vivo administration of a lipid particle or a payload gene, to a subject. In some embodiments, the methods are in-line methods of administration of a lipid particle or payload gene that are performed in a closed fluid circuit. Also provided are related compositions, containers, and systems in connection with the provided methods.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides cell culture chambers for use in automated cell engineering systems, and in particular, cell culture chambers that include improved cell-contacting surfaces. Improved cell-contacting surfaces can include a surface coating that promotes cell growth, adherence, differentiation, maintenance of phenotype, and/or improves transduction; a cell-contacting surface comprising a non-porous, gas-permeable material; as well as other modifications to the cell-contacting surfaces. Cassettes comprising the cell culture chambers are also provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods for assessing and optimizing cellular quality of a cell-based therapy that is being produced in an automated cell engineering system. The methods suitably include monitoring molecular characteristics of the cells before, during, and after the automated process to provide feedback to the process parameters. In embodiments, the cells being produced are Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cells.

Abstract: A yoga block having two halves is adapted for storage whereby at least one of the two halves includes a cavity capable of receiving a flexible pouch and holding the flexible pouch securely. In some examples, the yoga block includes a cavity in each of the two halves for storing a flexible pouch within each of the two halves. In some further examples, the yoga block includes fasteners for securing each flexible pouch within each of the two halves, and hinges configured to be hidden when the two halves of the yoga block are in a closed position.

The server may detect a trigger event from one of the end user communication devices. Upon detecting the trigger event, the server may receive voice input over the communication link from the end user communication device that generated the trigger event. The received voice input may be parsed into one or more voice commands. The server may then cause the one or more voice commands to be executed. In other embodiments, much of the intelligence and processing may be carried out on the end user communication device directly.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for supporting data connectivity with a roaming partner when a communication device is outside a service provider's range of coverage is provided. In one aspect, a user can select and store a roaming partner that is capable of data communication. While roaming, the communication device will display the data-roaming partners that are currently available within the communication range of the device and the user can choose one of these data-roaming partners and store the data-roaming partner information in memory. Upon re-entering the region within communication range of that roaming partner, the device can communicate with the roaming partner of choice rather than the roaming partner ordinarily selected by the device as a default.

Abstract: A network interface device is provided. The network interface device comprises an enclosure having a first portion coupled to a second portion wherein the first portion and second portion have cavities. The network interface device further comprises a removable case having a plate and a base wherein the plate is adapted to be coupled to the base, wherein the case is adapted to be removably disposed in the cavity of the second portion of the enclosure. A network interface circuit is disposed in the case, the network interface circuit is adapted to provide communication to and from a network and to and from at least one customer premise equipment.
