In some examples, the yoga block includes a cavity in each of the two halves for storing a flexible pouch within each of the two halves. In some further examples, the yoga block includes fasteners for securing each flexible pouch within each of the two halves, and hinges configured to be hidden when the two halves of the yoga block are in a closed position.
