Abstract: The present invention relates to a terminal block for connection with a terminal base to provide an electrical signal and a terminal base for connection with a terminal block to receive an electrical signal. The terminal block comprises a housing configured to couple with the terminal base of the loudspeaker. The housing comprises at least two wire-securing terminals each arranged to receive and secure a wire, each of which are in electrical communication with an electrical contact for transmitting the electrical signal to a respective electrical contact of the loudspeaker when the terminal block is coupled with the terminal base, a magnetic material for magnetically attracting the terminal block to the terminal base, and a locking mechanism comprising a locking element for releasably engaging with a locking element of the terminal base. The terminal base comprises a housing configured to couple with the terminal block.

Abstract: A bracket for use in mounting an item (such as a loudspeaker) in an aperture in a wall or ceiling panel. The bracket is foldable between a folded condition, in which it can be inserted into the aperture from one side, and an open condition in which, in use, the bracket engages the panel so as to prevent removal of the bracket. When in its open condition, the bracket has receiving structure for receiving said item.

The clamping assembly (4) has a guide (5) for attachment to the component, and a clamping member (13; 13a; 113) slideable within the guide. Rotation of a threaded member (23) causes sliding movement of the clamping member (13; 13a; 113) relative to the guide (5) either in a first direction for clamping the component to the panel or in a second direction for releasing the component from the panel. The guide and the clamping member are co-operatively shaped so that movement of the clamping member in the first direction to achieve clamping rotates the clamping member with respect to the guide from a non-clamping position to a clamping position and movement of the clamping member in the second direction to achieve release rotates the clamping member with respect to the guide from the clamping position to the non-clamping position.
