  • Publication number: 20190392469
Abstract: After a first transaction but before any subsequent transaction, a merchant communicates an incentive containing a URL to a customer to make a donation to a charity in exchange for a future transaction. The customer uses the URL to accesses and use the incentive. Data may be collected about all customers, either expressly, or from offline or online transactions between the customers and the merchants, and the data may be stored in a data storage area. All data in the data storage area may be utilized by logic tool, which may provide information, such as details of consumer behavior and analytic reporting. Matches between transactions between merchants and customers, and corresponding online activities of the customers that pertain to the merchants may be identified and used to determine the accuracy of a level of certainty of each such match to assess the efficacy of the incentive.

  • Patent number: 10482478
Abstract: A method of dynamically generating loyalty program communications based on a monitored physiological state includes: monitoring, with at least one processor, input data detected with at least one sensor coupled to an electronic device associated with a member profile; based on the monitored input data, for one or more of the at least one sensor, generating a baseline sensor input level associated with a baseline physiological state for the member profile; upon detection of a deviation of the monitored input data for one or more of the at least one sensor from the baseline sensor input level, identifying a non-baseline physiological state for the member profile; and based on the identified non-baseline physiological state, generating signals for communicating a loyalty program communication to the electronic device associated with the member profile.

  • Patent number: 10392058
Abstract: A system for lubricating a pivot interface defined between adjacent components of a work vehicle may include a shaft and a shaft housing configured to receive an axial portion of the shaft such that the shaft housing is configured to rotate relative to the shaft. The system may also include an end cap installed relative to an end of the shaft housing and a sealing device configured to seal a radial gap defined between the shaft housing and the shaft at a seal location when a fluid pressure within the housing is below the seal's cracking pressure. Additionally, when the fluid pressure within the housing exceeds the cracking pressure, the sealing device may be configured to transition to an unsealed state to allow lubricant contained within the housing to flow axially between the sealing device and the shaft and be subsequently purged from the housing.

  • Publication number: 20180276710
Abstract: A loyalty program method for incenting a registered customer to conduct a transaction with a registered merchant. The method data mines transaction data between registered merchants and registered customers with an artificial intelligence engine operated by a supercomputer. The method predicts the likelihood that an offer having an incentive will be accepted by a registered customer by conducting a transaction with the registered merchant. The incentive can be a donation by the merchant to an entity with which the registered customer has an affinity in exchange for the registered customer by conducting a transaction with the registered merchant.

  • Publication number: 20180253746
Abstract: The present invention is a system, data access management utility and a method of generating links between local merchants and community programs, whereby the merchant may provide incentives to customers in relation to community programs. The present invention may track community programs, as well as both online and offline customer transactions between participants that make use of the incentive. The present invention may include as participants, customers, merchants, community organizations, intermediaries, and other groups or individuals. Participants may have participant identifiers, which may be linked to a payment source. Data may be collected about all participants, either expressly, or from offline or online transactions between participants utilizing a participant identifier, and said data may be stored in a data storage area. All data in the data storage area may be utilized by logic tool, which may provide information, such as details of consumer behavior and analytic reporting.

  • Patent number: 10039333
Abstract: Protective gear for a user having an inner panel and an outer panel that is configured so the user can use: only the outer panel; only the inner panel; or both panels together. This allows the user to launder, change and/or replace either panel, without sacrificing the utility of the other panel. The outer panel and the inner panel are temporarily attached to one another when used together. The outer panel's top edge along the user's nose and below the eyes is reinforced with a pliable material, allowing the user to form the top edge of the outer panel to the user's nose and face. There is a small gap in the reinforcements at the nose area, which allows the protective gear to be folded and stored. Both the inner panel and outer panel are formed to cover the user's nose and to accommodate the eye protection worn by the user.
