  • Publication number: 20250193770
Abstract: Provided herein are various enhancements for establishing dynamic mesh networking across a constellation of satellites and ground stations. An example method includes obtaining a request to generate a communication network for a time interval among a constellation of satellites. The method also includes identifying one or more connectivity graphs for the constellation based on a state of the constellation during at least the time interval and applying a selected routing algorithm against the one or more connectivity graphs to generate a communication route among the constellation during the time interval. The method further includes producing a set of parameters to configure routing of the communication route among the constellation to establish the communication network for the time interval.

  • Publication number: 20240327856
Abstract: Provided herein are plants, plant parts, a population of plants or plant parts, and plant products (e.g., seed composition, protein and/or oil composition) comprising reduced galactinol synthase (GAS) and/or raffinose synthase (RS) activity, and compositions and methods of producing such plants and plant parts. The plants, plant parts, population of plants or plant parts, or plant products can have a genetic mutation that reduces the GAS and/or RS activity, decreased RFO (e.g., raffinose, stachyose) content, increased sucrose content, and/or increased protein content. The mutation can be located at least partially in a GAS and/or RS gene or its homolog or its regulatory region.

  • Publication number: 20240301436
Abstract: Provided herein are genome edited plants and plant parts that comprise increased amino acid content. In particular, the amino acids include tryptophan (Trp) and methionine (Met). Seed of the genome edited plants and plant parts can comprise increased Trp and/or Met. The genome edited plants and plant parts have genetic mutations in an anthranilate synthase gene including a gene encoding an alpha subunit of anthranilate synthase and/or a homocysteine S-methyltransferase gene. The genome edited plants and plant parts include soybean and pea. Also provided herein are compositions and methods of producing such plants and plant parts, and plant products including compositions comprising increased Trp and/or Met content.

  • Patent number: 12046328
Abstract: Methods and systems for replenishing a consumable include order satisfaction responsive to an indication of imminent failure or depletion of a consumable based on detected parameters. A sensor reading may indicate that a consumable is performing below a threshold, or has limited remaining capacity. Responsive to a determination that a replacement is necessary, the method may recommend one or more alternatives. The recommendation may be made based on how closely a candidate replacement's performance or other characteristic (e.g. cost, capacity) matches that of a currently-used consumable. The recommendation may be based on one or more attributes of a candidate replacement compared to a currently-used consumable. An order may be automatically placed according to the currently-used consumable or the recommended alternative(s). The order may be delivered with instructions regarding where and when to replace the consumable.

  • Publication number: 20230340515
Abstract: Provided herein are plants and plant parts comprising reduced saponin content. The plants and plant parts can have a genetic mutation that decreases the beta-amyrin synthase (BAS) activity, one or more mutations in at least one BAS gene or homolog or in its regulatory region, decreased level or activity of the BAS gene or BAS protein, and/or improved flavor characteristics. Also provided herein are compositions and methods of producing such plants and plant parts, and plant products including plant protein compositions comprising reduced saponin content and/or improved flavor characteristics.

  • Patent number: 10867276
Abstract: A merchant system including an order management application and method of integrating orders received from multiple ordering channels is described. An aggregated order queue is established including multiple orders from multiple different ordering channels. The orders are processed for fulfillment and a delivery channel is selected from multiple delivery channels for delivery of the one or more items of the order. The multiple orders, regardless of the ordering channel originating the order, and delivery channels may be managed via a single user interface.

  • Publication number: 20190299082
Abstract: An apparatus and method for reducing the incidence of sudden stoppage while riding a self balancing skateboard. Wheels are mounted with the front of the bumper, or integrated within a special replacement bumper, of the skateboard to provide a low-friction “rollout” instead of an instant stop, allowing the rider to maintain control in the event that the front of the board contacts the ground. The wheels protrude from a lower surface of the bumper to limit contact of the bumper with the ground.
