  • Patent number: 12252683
Abstract: Provided are automated cell culture systems and related in vitro cell culture methods, including for a co-culture of different cell populations having different cell culture conditions. For example, the system may comprise a bioreactor having a plurality of cell culture compartments, the bioreactor having a fluid port fluidly connected to the plurality of cell culture compartments. A pump fluidly connected to the fluid port can provide a cell culture medium to the plurality of culture compartments. A sensor is operably connected to at least one of the plurality of cell culture compartments for measuring at least one cell culture parameter. In this manner, a controller electronically connected the pump and sensor, is configured to automatically adjust a pump flow rate and/or a cell culture gas content to provide a desired steady-state cell culture parameter for facilitating cells interactions and collection of products representative of said interactions.

  • Publication number: 20250088963
Abstract: Systems and methods for device handshaking are described. Embodiments for client device and associated wearable device initiated handshaking are described. In certain embodiments, a device such as wearable camera eyeglasses having both high-speed wireless circuitry and low-power wireless circuitry communicates with a client device. The low-power wireless circuitry is used for signaling and to manage power on handshaking for the high-speed circuitry in order to reduce power consumption. An analysis of a high-speed connection status may be performed by a client device, and used to conserve power at the glasses with signaling from the client device to indicate when the high-speed circuitry of the glasses should be powered on.

  • Patent number: 12232963
Abstract: A bioactive filamentary structure includes a sheath coated with a mixture of synthetic bone graft particles and a polymer solution forming a scaffold structure. In forming such a structure, synthetic bone graft particles and a polymer solution are applied around a filamentary structure. A polymer is precipitated from the polymer solution such that the synthetic bone graft particles and the polymer coat the filamentary structure and the polymer is adhered to the synthetic bone graft particles to retain the graft particles.

  • Publication number: 20240403315
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to automatic script generation using a multi-layered ingestion program. An automatic ingestion platform may generate the program. The platform may receive a request to ingest information. The platform may automatically generate a plurality of executable scripts using the program. The plurality of scripts may include at least one script corresponding to a first layer of the program and a plurality of scripts corresponding to a second layer of the program. The platform may identify a subset of information to be ingested based on executing a script corresponding to the first layer. The platform may execute the scripts corresponding to the second layer. Executing the scripts corresponding to the second layer may cause the platform to deploy a schedule management program and transfer the subset of information to a third layer. The platform may cause synchronization of a central information repository with the third layer.

  • Patent number: 11859483
Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to pre-completion skin repair of releasably isolated wellbore perforation clusters. In an illustrative example, a completion method includes dividing a target portion of a wellbore casing into N distinct portions. For each distinct portion, a wireline bottom hole assembly (BHA) may be positioned, for example, in a most downstream unperforated portion. The selected portion may, for example, be releasably fluidly isolated from downstream perforation clusters, and a new perforation cluster may be generated. A non-particulate skin-repairing fluid may, for example, be pumped from uphole until a breakdown pressure of a geological formation surrounding the wellbore is exceeded. The BHA may, for example, be operated to reestablish fluid communication before moving to a next portion. After repeating the process in the N distinct portions, for example, the BHA may be removed prior to final wellbore completion.

  • Publication number: 20230419390
Abstract: Multiple users of a household can each have a different profile associated with a common account for an online concierge system. This association of different profiles with the common accounts allows the concierge system to show a user of the household what other users of the household purchased and rank items for suggestion to the user based one purchases of other users, facilitating order building. The online concierge system also enables a user profile to designate a user profile associated with the common account for an order pickup or as a contact for a home delivery. Additionally, association of different user profiles with the common account may be used for account recovery of one of the user profiles. Further, different user profiles may have different permissions for creating an order with the online concierge system.

  • Publication number: 20110157053
Abstract: A portable electronic device comprises a display on a first, front side of the device, a touch sensitive surface on a second, rear side of the device substantially opposite the first side having a similar shape and orientation to the display, and a touch input mapping means arranged to map a position of a detected touch on the touch sensitive surface to a position on the display and, a tapping detection means. The tapping detection means is arranged in operation to detect a tap as when there has been a loss and reacquisition of touch from a user on the touch sensitive surface. And the tapping detection means is arranged in operation to detect the position of the detected tap on the touch sensitive surface as being the position at which touch was lost.
