    Abstract: A corrugated, foldable, cargo restraint panel may be placed adjacent to a stack of cargo units in a cargo container. The cargo restraint panel may comprise an extruded base panel formed from a polymer material with the base panel comprising a first sheet integrally joined to a second sheet by corrugation flutes forming a unitary, integral structure of the base panel. Tails of the load restraint strips may be wrapped around the cargo restraint panel, tensioned, and secured together. The wrapped load restraint strip tails may be tensioned using a tensioning tool or using elastic strips, and the wrapped and tensioned tails may be secured together.
