  • Publication number: 20230239597
Abstract: A sensor system for a structure comprises a sensor node in force transmitting contact with an impact receiving surface of a structure envelope of the structure. The sensor node is configured to generate first sensor data associated with the structure envelope of the structure and perform a first set of operations to filter out unwanted data from the first sensor data to form a first filtered dataset. The sensor system includes a sensor hub in communication with the sensor node. The sensor hub is configured to receive the first filtered dataset from the sensor node and perform a second set of operations on the first filtered dataset to identify an event experienced by the structure envelope that caused the sensor node to produce the first sensor data.

  • Patent number: 9461367
Abstract: An antenna, multi-band antenna system, and antenna apparatus for radio frequency communications are disclosed. The antenna includes a first antenna core, a multi-band antenna array located on the first antenna core, a second antenna core laminated to the first antenna core, an antenna ground plane located on the second core, and a plurality of feed networks interspersed on the first antenna core and the second antenna core. The first antenna core and the second antenna core form dielectric columns between the multi-band antenna array and the antenna ground plane. The antenna may also include a low noise block feed connection located on the first antenna core.

  • Patent number: 8565698
Abstract: A phase locked loop and power amplifier are integrated on a single chip. To eliminate cross-talk between the components, a frequency translation block is introduced to change the output frequency of the PLL. To isolate the components from unwanted feedback, a high isolation buffer is introduced between the components. To further isolate the components, the voltage supply domains for each component are physically separated. Each separate voltage supply domain can include a separate high isolation ring, separate voltage regulator, and separate bandgap reference.

  • Patent number: 8103224
Abstract: An integrated transceiver for wireless applications has both a frequency determining means and a power amplifier. A transmission filter suppresses unwanted spurious outputs in an integrated circuit before a power amplifier stage amplifies and transmits the desired signal. A differential to single ended converter is able to be implemented to further enhance efficiency.
