  • Publication number: 20190392355
Abstract: A system and method for locating resources and providing recruitment information. Including a memory device for storing the information regarding a at least one resource, a at least one resource criteria, a at least one resource match, and a at least one processing device for processing information regarding the information, criteria, resource and match. In one aspect, the processing device utilizes information regarding a at least one job opening, an applicant's contract, an interviewer's available date, an interviewer available time, and a interview schedule, stored in the memory device, and further wherein the processing device generates a message containing information regarding at least one of a job opening, an interview schedule, an interviewer, an applicant's contract, a date and a time, wherein the message is responsive to the job interview request, and a transmitter for transmitting the message to a communication device associated with an individual in real-time.

  • Patent number: 9605515
Abstract: An apparatus for collecting fluids into a reservoir, wherein the reservoir is floating on a body of water and has an opening in the bottom of the reservoir through which the fluids, such as petro-based products, arrive flowing upward from a submersible structure, such as a riser from a fluid source. The reservoir has a canopy and mechanism connected to the rim of the side walls of the reservoir allowing the canopy to pivot. The pivoting canopy and mechanism attached along the rim of the reservoir restrains the fluids contained inside from spilling over the rim into the body of water, say an ocean, and also restrains the ocean waters from spilling over into the reservoir containing the fluids. The reservoir can be used as a temporary holding vessel for the fluids, whereby the fluids can then be vacuumed into a drillship.

  • Publication number: 20150170213
Abstract: A system and method for sequencing events and messages within a campaign is provided. The system includes a network communication system for identifying a plurality of messages within a message pool assigned to the campaign, where the campaign has an associated campaign goal. The system includes a method of organizing the plurality of messages into a plurality of message sequences, where the system electronically sends the plurality of messages and message sequences to a plurality of recipients and tracks a plurality of criteria possessed by each of the plurality of recipients, such as a satisfaction rate of the plurality of recipients. The system tracking determines a prioritization of the plurality of message sequences according to the plurality of criteria possessed by each of the plurality of recipients and the associated campaign goal for sequencing messages and events for a future recipient.

  • Patent number: 9047619
Abstract: A system and method for providing a message to a recipient is provided. The system includes a network communication system for providing a message to a recipient using a communication device. The network communication system includes a communication system operatively connected to at least one communication device. The network communication system further includes an exchange platform, the exchange platform having a signal media server operatively connected to at least one message server, the exchange platform receiving a communication from a potential recipient through the communication device, the communication system determining if the potential recipient is flagged in a recipient database, the message server determining the message, the message server retrieving at least one message, wherein the signal media server forwards the message to the recipient via the communication device.
