  • Patent number: 9094783
Abstract: A method, system, and medium are provided for adaptively providing network access to mobile devices. The mobile devices have a first interface for a wireless access network and a second interface for a personal area network. The wireless access network connects the mobile devices to a base station, and the personal area network connects the mobile device to other mobile devices that are part of the personal area network. Wireless access conditions are generated by the base station and communicated over the wireless access network to mobile devices that generate network access requests. Additionally, the mobile devices may transmit the wireless access conditions over the personal are network to other mobile devices that are within a predetermined distance. The mobile devices detect that the wireless access conditions in the wireless access network have degraded and adaptively select alternate routes to complete the network access requests.

  • Publication number: 20150170213
Abstract: A system and method for sequencing events and messages within a campaign is provided. The system includes a network communication system for identifying a plurality of messages within a message pool assigned to the campaign, where the campaign has an associated campaign goal. The system includes a method of organizing the plurality of messages into a plurality of message sequences, where the system electronically sends the plurality of messages and message sequences to a plurality of recipients and tracks a plurality of criteria possessed by each of the plurality of recipients, such as a satisfaction rate of the plurality of recipients. The system tracking determines a prioritization of the plurality of message sequences according to the plurality of criteria possessed by each of the plurality of recipients and the associated campaign goal for sequencing messages and events for a future recipient.
