Patent number: 11374147Abstract: A process for manufacturing an optoelectronic device having a diode matrix with semiconductor stacks involves providing a growth substrate having a support substrate coated with a nucleation layer defining a nucleation surface. A dielectric layer is deposited on the nucleation surface. A plurality of through-holes, extending to the nucleation surface, are formed in the dielectric layer. The nucleation layer, located in the through-holes, is etched to free up an upper surface of the support surface and expose a lateral surface of the nucleation layer forming a lateral nucleation surface. A dielectric region is formed extending in the support substrate such that, during a subsequent epitaxial growth stage, each first doped portion is formed especially from the lateral nucleation surface. In the through-holes and from the nucleation surface, the semiconductor stacks are epitaxially grown such that at least the first doped portions and active zones thereof are located in the through-holes.Type: GrantFiled: April 17, 2019Date of Patent: June 28, 2022Assignee: COMMISSARIAT À L'ÉNERGIE ATOMIQUE ET AUX ÉNERGIES ALTERNATIVESInventor: Matthew Charles

Patent number: 11370108Abstract: Systems and techniques for a sensor carrier, and intelligent track infrastructure for the navigation and operation of the sensor carrier are described. The sensor carrier is an autonomous robot navigating a track. The carrier holds cameras and other sensors to receive horticultural images and telemetry for plants in a grow operation. The carrier reads embedded signals in the track including Radio Frequency Identifier (RFID) tags, embedded positioning magnets, and drilled hole patterns for a beam breaking system to determine navigation and operation. For tracks placed at sharp angles, a transfer station with wall guards to prevent the carrier from falling enable safe transfers from different track segments. Additional features include an emergency stop (e-stop) switch and power management for autonomous sensor carriers.Type: GrantFiled: October 9, 2018Date of Patent: June 28, 2022Assignee: iUNU, Inc.Inventors: Adam Phillip Takla Greenberg, Matthew Charles King

Patent number: 11238377Abstract: A server system may match a segment of code for a code integration request to metadata about similar segments of code, wherein the metadata qualifies one or more outcomes of previous integration requests. The server may determine usage rights and rules based on the metadata, wherein some of the usage rights and rules have previously have been approved by a multi-approval workflow that enforces a predetermined process to authorize use of the segment of code for code segment integrations.
