  • Patent number: 11903598
Abstract: A bone displacement system includes a body having a first arm and a second arm. The first arm is connected to a first leg configured to engage a plate configured to be located on a first bone portion. The second arm is connected to a second leg configured to be connected to a second bone portion. A force application fixture is coupled to the first arm and the first leg and configured to apply a force between the first arm and the first leg. The plate has screw holes aligned to allow screws to connect the plate to the first bone portion and the second bone portion after a movement of the first bone portion relative to the second bone portion by the force applied by the force application fixture.

  • Patent number: 11844506
Abstract: A bone displacement system includes a removable guide and frame. The removable guide includes a proximal anchoring portion and a distal anchoring portion. The proximal anchoring portion has a proximal anchoring aperture for receiving a first wire to connect the guide to a proximal bone. The distal anchoring portion has a distal anchoring aperture for receiving a second wire to connect the guide to a distal bone. The guide includes a slot configured to receive a tool. The frame includes a compression-distraction mechanism and a rotation mechanism. The compression-distraction mechanism is connected to the rotation mechanism and engageable with the proximal bone. The rotation mechanism includes a distal aperture for receiving the second wire to connect the rotation mechanism to the distal bone, and the compression-distraction mechanism is configured to move the rotation mechanism and the distal bone relative to the proximal bone. Further disclosed is a bone displacement method.

  • Patent number: 11826266
Abstract: An osteotomy implant device includes a housing defining a cavity and having a central plane extending therethrough. The housing includes a first bone engaging surface and a second bone engaging surface. The second bone engaging surface disposed on an opposing side of the central plane from the first bone engaging surface. The osteotomy implant device also includes a cutting member. The cutting member rotatable coupled to the housing. The cutting member rotatable about an axis between a first position and a second position. The cutting member entirely disposed within the cavity between the first bone engaging surface and the second bone engaging surface in the first position. A portion of the cutting member extends beyond at least the first bone engaging surface or the second bone engaging surface of the housing in the second position.

  • Publication number: 20230190352
Abstract: A bone displacement system includes an anchoring portion, a flexing mechanism, and a distal body. The anchoring portion has an aperture for receiving a wire to connect the anchoring portion to a proximal bone. The flexing mechanism is connected to the anchoring portion, and has a rail and a holding portion movable on the rail. The rail is curved about a center of rotation located toward a bottom of the flexing mechanism and toward the proximal bone. The distal body is connected to the holding portion. The distal body has an aperture for receiving a wire to connect the distal body to a distal bone. The flexing mechanism is configured to move the distal body relative to the anchoring portion by a movement of the holding portion on the rail and about the center of rotation to flex the first bone relative to the second bone.
