  • Patent number: 11604664
Abstract: A system and method for facilitating a user to initiate and accept an assistance request through a chat session is disclosed. Controls may be provided in a graphical chat interface to enable the user to specify inputs to request assistance from other users participating in the chat session. An assistance request may be generated and communicated to those users through the chat session. Graphical representation for the assistance request and controls that facilitate the users to accept the assistance request may be provided in the graphical chat interface. Upon an acceptance to the assistance request by a responding user through the graphical chat interface, an assistance command may be generated and executed in the virtual space.

  • Patent number: 11568292
Abstract: In an embodiment, a method includes acquiring a current condition indicator of a condition indicator set associated with an operating condition of a machine, the condition indicator set indicating sensor readings associated with an operating element of the machine under the operating condition. The method also includes determining, by a data server, a relative trend significance over a trend window of the condition indicator set based, at least in part, on an evaluation of the trend window in relation to a historical window of the condition indicator set. The method also includes determining, by the data server, whether trend criteria associated with the operating element is satisfied, where the trend criteria may include criteria related to the relative trend significance. The method also includes executing, by the data server, an alerting process in response to the determining that the trend criteria is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20220370915
Abstract: A system and method for dynamically determining parameters of crafting activities for individual users in a virtual space are disclosed. The crafting activity parameters may be determined based on rate of usage of the virtual space by the users. In some examples, a user usage rate of the virtual space may be determined to measure an amount of time a user spend in the virtual space during a period of real-world time. Based on the determined user usage rate of the virtual space, crafting activity parameters may be determined, for example, to balance differences in time spent in the virtual space by the users. In some implementations, for such determinations of the crafting activity parameters, one or more user normalization standards may be obtained.

  • Publication number: 20220374121
Abstract: A system and method for facilitating user interactions with a virtual space through a graphical chat interface is disclosed. One or more potential inputs to the virtual space and/or virtual space status information may be determined dynamically for a user participating in a chat session through a graphical chat interface. An activity notification may be generated for the user based one the determined potential inputs and/or the virtual space status information. The generated activity notification may comprise graphical representation for the notification and as well as representation information for one or more controls facilitating the user to provide inputs requested by the activity notification through the graphical chat interface. User acceptance to the activity notification via the graphical chat interface may be received. One or more activity commands may be generated based on the received user acceptance and executed in the virtual space.

  • Publication number: 20220325527
Abstract: The roof scupper overflow with sensor cooperatively engages and replaces a conventional roof opening through a wall or in a corner to prevent trash from reaching and clogging the conventional roof basket and drain. Accumulating trash builds up on the screen of the roof scupper overflow causing a foam float or buoy connected to a trash tray to rise permitting water to run under the trash trap at roof level. The trash tray is retained to a base with magnets. When the water reaches a predetermined level, the foam buoy rises pulling the trash tray away from the base allowing water to flow to the conventional roof drain basket and activating a magnet switch sending a signal to overflow sensor and a control module connected to WIFI service.

  • Publication number: 20220316214
Abstract: The roof drain overflow cover with sensor cooperatively engages and covers a conventional roof drain cap cover to prevent trash from reaching and clogging the conventional roof basket cover and drain. Accumulating trash builds up on the screen of the overflow prevention device causing a doughnut shaped buoy connected to a trash tray to rise. The trash tray is retained to a base with magnets. When the water reaches a predetermined level, the doughnut shaped buoy rises pulling the trash tray away from the base allowing water to flow to the conventional roof drain basket and activating an overflow sensor and a control module. The control module is in communication with the water flow sensor and includes an indicator which is activated when the water flow sensor detects the detachment of the trash tray from the base indicating a potential flooding situation with the roof drainage system.
