  • Publication number: 20240046291
Abstract: Users may engage in a target user activity via digital systems, such as a website, and/or non-digital systems. Users may user various digital channels to arrive at the digital systems or non-digital systems. Users may also arrive at digital systems, such as the website, via different entry pages. A propensity analyzer can, based on activity data associated with users, determine propensities of one or more of the digital channels, digital systems, non-digital channels, and/or entry pages to drive users to perform a target user activity. The propensity analyzer can generate recommendations for revising digital channels, digital systems, non-digital channels, and/or entry pages to increase their propensities to drive users to perform the target user activity.

  • Publication number: 20230351520
Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving a work item associated with a structure, determining, using an inspection model, that an inspection is needed for the work item, retrieving an aerial image corresponding to a geographic location associated with the structure, and analyzing the aerial image to identify a first object within the aerial image. Identifying the first object includes (i) identifying a first object data category corresponding to the first object, and (ii) determining a data value descriptive of the first object and corresponding to the first object data category. The method also includes identifying one or more action items based upon the first object data category and the data value, linking the one or more action items to a customer account that is associated with the geographic location, and performing one or more actions corresponding to the one or more action items.

  • Patent number: 10796374
Abstract: A computer implemented method for linking an underwriting action to a customer is presented. The method receives an inspection model corresponding to a geographic location associated with a structure and determines that a virtual inspection is necessary based on the inspection model. The method also retrieves a first aerial image corresponding to the geographic location and a second aerial image corresponding to the geographic location and a time threshold. The method further receives a comparison data value corresponding to the first and second aerial image, determines an underwriting action based on the comparison data and links the underwriting action to a customer account.

  • Publication number: 20150088556
Abstract: Methods and systems for processing property insurance are provided. According to embodiments, an insurer can process an insurance application for a property by determining a property rating score that reflects a need to conduct a manual inspection of the property. The insurer can apply a set of business rules or metrics to additional property data to further refine the decision of whether to conduct a manual inspection of the property as well as the decision of whether to issue a property insurance policy for the property. By not requiring a manual inspection, both the insurer and the insured may realize reduced costs.

  • Publication number: 20150019263
Abstract: A server integrates cost estimates in a insurance price quote process. After receiving an identification of an insurable asset in response to the one or more questions, the server receives, via the computer network, an indication of a customer choice to launch a cost estimation interface on an end user device. The cost estimation interface is used to generate a cost estimate via communication with a cost estimation server. The server receives a cost estimate from the cost estimation server, the cost estimate being generated based on customer interaction with the cost estimation interface. Also, the server causes the cost estimate and quote process information to be displayed to the customer on the end user device.
