In some embodiments, the compositions, kits, and methods can be used to detect one or more of type i, ii, iii, iv, v, vi, vii, viii, ix, xii, xiii, xiv, xv, or xxi SCCmec right extremity junction (MREJ) MRSA nucleic acids and one or more of mecA, mecC, and/or an additional S. aureus-specific gene.

Abstract: A method for providing an adjustable video player is disclosed. The method includes providing, by an electronic device, a content item player for playback of a content item in a portion of a user interface (UI) of an application executed on the electronic device and receiving an indication of a gesture to minimize the content item player made by a user of the electronic device. The method further includes minimizing the content item player into a mini-player shown on the application UI without interrupting the playback of the content item in the content item player.

In one exemplary embodiment, an automated agent transfers conversation participants from an instant messaging conversation to a voice conversation by accepting an instant message command from a conference organizer and interacting with a voice conversation platform to call the instant messaging conversation participants on the telephone. One or more conversation participants can manipulate the conversation via commands to the automated agent using the first communication mode.
