    Abstract: The disclosure provides methods of treating a patient having primary hyperoxaluria or idiopathic hyperoxaluria comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of compound of the formula and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, and hydrates thereof to the patient. The variables, e.g. ring A, n, R, R3, R10, X, Y, and Z are defined herein. These compounds act as lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors and are useful inhibiting the conversion of glyoxylate to oxalate. When administered to a patient having a disease or disorder associated with elevated oxalate levels, such as PH type 1, type 2, or type 3 or idiopathic hyperoxaluria the compounds prevent or substantially reduce the amount and buildup of oxalate the patient's kidneys, bladder, urinary tract and other parts of the patient's body.

    Abstract: An electronic message computing system tracks new activity items that reflect activities that have not yet been seen by the user. A. generative artificial intelligence (AI) model generates a digest summary that is provided to the user the next time the user accesses the electronic message system. The digest summary summarizes new activity. The generative AI model also generates importance summaries that summarize the importance of a particular activity to the user, and content summaries that summarize the content of an activity item (such as an electronic mail message). The electronic messaging system also assigns a priority to each new activity item and provides the summaries, along with a priority, to a client computing system. The client computing system conducts a user experience, navigating the user through the new activity items, based upon the priority assigned by the electronic message computing system.

    Abstract: Various embodiments concern mechanisms for facilitating communication between network-accessible platforms for developing, hosting, or running hybrid applications that utilize resources hosted across multiple platforms. Hybrid applications cause messages or “calls” to be passed between the platforms that must be authenticated. For example, when a call is placed by a Heroku platform to a Force.com platform, the call must be authenticated for security purposes. If Heroku has not already been authenticated when the call is submitted, an authentication process is invoked. An event listener can be used to register details regarding the initial callout task, and then register or “fire” an event when the authentication process is successfully completed. Registration of the initial callout task completely separates the authentication process from the resource being invoked. Requests can be completed without requiring further user input using at least some of the details registered by the event listener.

The method can also include, by a VISUALFORCE polling page, polling the QUEUEABLES list for the QUEUEABLE identifier, determining that the QUEUEABLE has been processed based on the QUEUEABLES list, and obtaining records by the processing of the QUEUEABLE.
